王永慈Yeong-Tsyr Wang李思儀Szu-Yi Lee2019-08-282011-2-152019-08-282011http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0694180139%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/86016兒童及少年經歷長期的安置服務歷程,終有一天必須面對結束安置的來臨,一旦結束安置服務,少年依法進入追蹤輔導階段,雖有後續追蹤輔導階段持續定期瞭解少年的生活概況、評估少年是否有再度受虐或遭疏忽情況的發生,實務上卻缺乏轉銜的服務規劃,使少年只能消極、被動式的配合相關政府單位或安置機構的安排,返回原生家庭或其他親友家庭居住,甚至在外獨自租屋居住,面對獨立生活的重大考驗。 研究者藉由少年主觀經驗陳述,瞭解其於轉銜服務階段接受「獨立生活第一桶金儲蓄計畫」的參與過程,儲備相關獨立生活能力,並累積有形、無形及內在資產,以因應結束安置後獨立生活過程之需求,開展獨立生活的第一步。本研究以深度訪談的方式,訪談9位少年,透過研究結果發現:少年之獨立生活能力養成從「被動式學習」到「創意式運用」;對於接受安置服務到結束安置後獨立生活的解讀,從「國家責任」到「為自己負責」;主觀解讀獨立生活的認知從「一個人」到「考驗自己」;獨立生活能力之建立從僅有「理財」、「租屋」到「多面向」的獨立生活能力;幼年時期的家庭失落感受持續影響少年獨立生活適應歷程;少年從安置服務期間的「生活依賴」,學習走向獨立生活過程的「自我獨立」。Children and adolescents experience a long history of out-of-home care services, In out-of-home care services of one day have to face leaving care, although the follow-up stage of life continued on a regular basis to understand overview of youth to assess whether young a re-abuse or neglect from happening, but lack practical transition services planning, the juvenile can only be negative, passive or placement with the relevant government agencies, institutional arrangements, return original family or other relatives households, and even outside alone in rented accommodation, in the face a major test for independent living. Statement by the subjective experience of young researchers to understand the stages of its transition services to accept the " pot of gold savings plan for independent living," the engagement process, reserves related to independent living, and accumulated tangible and intangible and internal assets, in response to an end independent living after resettlement process of the demand, the first step towards independent living.
