After the competency-based course accreditation was conducted for by Taiwan government, the organization is trying to attract more training institution to apply for the accreditation. In order to maximize the benefits of competency-based course accreditation, this study aims to explore the critical success factors of passing the accreditation. Therefore, this study also verified the critical successful factors with fourteen interviewees, in whom seven of the interviewees had won the certification of competency-based course accreditationon the platform of Integrated Competency and Application (iCAP). The other seven interviewees are the reviewers of competency-based course accreditation. This study not only helps training institutions to take a look as reference but also help competency-based course accreditation to attract more applicants after reading this research and having more realize about competency-based course accreditation and knowing the key concept of the whole passing process.Business competitions have converted form technology innovation to knowledge management.
