宋修德Sung, Shiu-Te李芷氤Lee, Chih-Yin2019-09-042008-7-242019-09-042008http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0695700481%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/99081本研究旨在探討台灣汽車電子產業之策略群組,以及不同個人背景變項、不同企業組織背景變項之中高階主管,其對於汽車電子產業策略群組知覺程度及差異性。希望藉由策略群組的建立使汽車電子產業內廠商及新進入者了解到產業內的競爭態勢、主要競爭對手以及各群組內部一致的策略組合,針對廠商本身的核心能力選擇附加價值最高的活動,在所處的策略群組中創造競爭優勢。 本研究以Dess and Davis(1984)之研究方法為理論基礎,根據國內外文獻中所探討的策略構面、產業特性發展策略變數,經過專家內容效度後發展「台灣汽車電子產業策略群組調查問卷」,以台灣汽車電子廠商中高階主管為調查對象,共發出356份研究問卷,有效問卷回收率為53.65%,經內部一致性考驗後以及統計方法分析後,進行研究結果之討論。 透過集群分析及區別分析方法之統計分析,本研究將台灣汽車電子廠商分為四個群組,並以四者在策略因素構面上的表現分別命名為「全面性策略群」、「分析者策略群」、「防禦者策略群」及「反應者策略群」。整體而言,「全面性策略群」在營收成長及獲利狀況上表現最佳,「防禦者策略群」表現次之,而「分析者策略群」與「反應者策略群」在各方面表現皆較為落後。最後針對研究發現與結論,分別就汽車電子廠商、相關政府單位及後續研究者提出建議事項,俾供參考。 關鍵字:汽車電子、汽車電子產業、策略群組The purpose of this study was to identify strategic group of automotive electronics industry in Taiwan and studied the competitive profile and performance relationship relative to strategic group as a whole. The automotive electronics companies can understand the competitive situation and competitor in the intra-group segment and choose the high add-value activities to have best performance when focus on the core competitive strength. After reviewing Dess and Davis’ strategic variables, this study used content validity to develop the questionnaire of thirty-one competitive strategic variables associated with the characteristics of automotive electronics industry. 356 questionnaires were distributed and useful questionnaires were returned, accounting for a valid return of 53.65 %. After the test of internal consistency reliability, we got some results to discuss. This study used cluster analysis and the five strategic dimensions to cluster the firms into four groups. Through the different results in the five strategic dimensions of these four groups, four groups were named in holistic strategy, analyzer, defender and reactor. The holistic strategy group had the best performance among these four groups. The performance of analyzer and reactor were worse than others. Finally, certain conclusions and suggestions for automobile electronics industry, the administration authorities, and further study were presented and proposed.
