邱滿艷Chiu, Man-Yen范淑榆Fan, Shu-Yu2019-08-28不公開2019-08-282017http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22G060117006E%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/89328本研究旨在瞭解大專視覺障礙畢業生於就業準備歷程中之自我決策經驗,以半結構訪談題綱蒐集四位研究參與者的經驗,並以質性研究電腦軟體NVivo第10版進行資料分析,研究結果如下: 一、視覺障礙生在大專校院的就業準備與自我決策情形包括:(1)伴隨障礙成長的發展歷程,視覺障礙生會提前在就學期間做就業準備,進行有助於就業的課業學習,並利用課餘時間做就業準備;(2)會結合自身經驗,並檢視原被師長灌輸就業觀念的適切性,以自己的興趣選擇就業目標及準備方向。 二、視覺障礙生大專畢業後的就業準備與自我決策情形:(1)第一份工作前延續大學時的就業準備,持續進修並廣泛蒐集工作職缺的相關資料,考量工作的特性選擇及決定工作;(2)鼓起勇氣將內在求職信念轉化為實際求職的行動,如:主動尋找工作機會,或在親友介紹、尋求資源教室協助獲得職缺訊息。 三、大專視覺障礙畢業生轉換職業的就業準備與自我決策情形:(1)嘗試後發現職涯落差,因而尋求職涯轉換與發展的可能性;(2)在家人的鼓勵、宗教信仰的支持、職業重建的輔導下,走出負向情緒,經過自我賦權淬鍊後,調整轉換自我信念,再次鼓起勇氣,將轉職想法化為行動。 關鍵字:自我決策、就業歷程、視覺障礙者、就業準備、就業轉銜The purpose of this study was to examine the career preparation self-determination experiences of colleges graduate students with visually impaired. Data was collected via in-depth interviews of four visually impaired participants and analyzed by NVivo version 10. The main findings of the study were explained as follows: 1.The career preparation and self-determination of colleges graduate students with visually impaired included:(a)with experiences of the development, visually impaired students spent much time to contribute to academic learning and career preparation during colleges.(b)in light of their own experiences, and the career concepts from parents and teachers, made decisions of the career goals and the career preparation. 2.The preparation and self-determination of colleges graduate students with visually impaired included:(a)the career preparation compacted by colleges’ trains and information, started to take account jobs being chosen and collected related infomation.(b)started to translate inner faith into action, such as actively looking for job opportunities from friends, relatives and resource centers of colleges. 3.The career preparation and self-determination of colleges graduate students with visually impaired included :(a)sought possibilities of career transition after finding present job being deviated from their own expectations. (b)with encouragements of their families and religious’ supports, and help from vocational rehabilitation centers, colleges graduate students with visually impaired departed from negative emotions and took change active actions on their new careers.
