In 2018, a total of 889 third and fourth grade students from 10 schools in Taipei completed the questionnaire. The research results were as follows. 1. Participant students spent 7 hours per week playing mobile/tablet games. About 24% of the students said they had seen violent content on mobile/tablet games in the past year, while 16% said they had seen pornography on mobile/tablet games. 2. Multiple logistic regression results showed that students who were boys and played mobile/tablet games with others were more likely to expose to violent content on mobile/tablet games. 3. Latent class analysis results showed that students who were boys, who had poor parent-child relationship, played mobile/tablet games more frequently, and had lower levels of parental mediation were more likely to have mobile/tablet games addiction. It is recommended to strengthen parental mediation, parent-child relationship, and understanding of children’s online activities.國小手機平板暴力色情網路遊戲成癮elementary schoolmobile phonetabletviolencepornographygame addiction臺北地區國小學童手機或平板電腦遊戲使用及暴力與色情訊息暴露之研究The use of mobile technology games and the exposure to violence and pornography among elementary school students in Taipei
