黃富順黃明月Huang, Fu-ShunHwang, Ming Yueh胡定源Hu, Ding-yuan2024-12-172026-03-312024https://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/thesis/detail/acad01388b1a140a2d44a99b00e6904a/http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/handle/20.500.12235/122624本研究係以福建樂齡學堂之55歲以上的高齡學習者為研究對象,旨在探討高齡學習者的人際互動、老化態度與成功老化的關係,以提供高齡學習者、樂齡學堂及政府部門之參考。為達此一目的,本研究採用問卷調查法,以「高齡學習者人際互動、老化態度與成功老化調查問卷」為研究工具,包含「個人基本資料」、「人際互動量表」、「老化態度量表」及「成功老化量表」等四部分,採用分層抽樣之方式,共抽取有效樣本653份,再經進行統計分析後,獲得以下九點結論:一、高齡學習者的人際互動大致良好,屬於中上程度;二、高齡學習者的人際互動與性別、年齡、教育程度等有關,而與婚姻狀況及居住情形等無關;三、高齡學習者的老化態度大致良好,屬於中上程度;四、高齡學習者的老化態度與性別、教育程度、居住情形等變項有關,與年齡、婚姻狀況等變項無關;五、高齡學習者的成功老化大致良好,屬於中上程度;六、高齡學習者的成功老化與性別、年齡、教育程度、居住情形等變項有關,而與婚姻狀況無關;七、高齡學習者的人際互動與成功老化具有正相關;八、高齡學習者的老化態度與成功老化有正相關;九、高齡學習者人際互動及老化態度對成功老化具有預測力,且老化態度為中介變項。據此研究結論,本研究分別對高齡學習者、樂齡學堂與福建地區政府部門及未來研究,提出二項、二項及二項建議以供參考。The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between interpersonal interaction, aging attitude and successful aging of older learners in Fujian Senior School, and to provide reference for senior learners, senior school and government departments. In order to achieve this goal, this study adopts the questionnaire survey method. The questionnaire on Interpersonal Interaction, Aging attitude and Successful Aging of elderly Learners is used as the research tool, including four parts: Personal basic information, Interpersonal Interaction Scale, aging attitude Scale and successful Aging Scale. A total of 653 valid samples are collected by hierarchical cluster sampling. After the statistical analysis, the following nine conclusions are obtained:1. The interpersonal interaction of elderly learners is generally good, belonging to the medium level; 2. The interpersonal interaction of elderly learners is related to gender, age and education level, but not to marital status and living situation. 3. The aging attitude of the aged learners is generally good, belonging to the medium degree; 4. The aging attitude of elderly learners is related to gender, education level and living situation, but not to age and marital status. 5. The successful aging of elderly learners is generally good, belonging to the upper medium degree; 6. The successful aging of elderly learners is related to gender, age, education level, living situation and other variables, but not related to marital status; 7. The interpersonal interaction of aged learners is positively correlated with successful aging; 8. There is a positive correlation between aging attitude and successful aging of older learners; 9.
