林旻沛Lin, Min-Pei林子鵑Lin, Tzu-Chuan2025-12-092025-06-042025https://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/thesis/detail/15719ba0832a4c2bb7ed62d5dd45a0e8/http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/handle/20.500.12235/126167智慧型手機的普及,除了為生活帶來便利,同時也衍生智慧型手機成癮問題。研究者為高職進修部輔導教師,有鑑於實務現場觀察到學生手機使用問題,因此本專業實務報告旨在瞭解研究者服務學校之進修部學生智慧型手機成癮與心理健康及有關危險因子之關係,並期待透過瞭解有關危險因子,結合本校現有人力、資源及學生特性,擬定事半功倍因應策略。本專業實務報告採問卷調查法,以研究者服務學校之112學年度第2學期進修部一年級生65人為研究對象,使用「智慧型手機成癮評估量表短版」(Short Form of Smartphone Addiction Inventory, SPAI-SF10)、「簡式健康量表」(Brief Symptom Rating Scale, BSRS-5) 及「網路成癮危險因子檢核表」(Checklist for Risk-factors of Internet Addiction, CRIA)作為研究調查工具,用以探究進修部學生在智慧型手機成癮與心理健康及有關危險因子間的關聯;本專業實務報告透過描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson相關分析,以及簡單迴歸分析等統計方法來進行資料分析。研究結果摘述如下: 一、進修部學生智慧型手機成癮占比約兩成。 二、智慧型手機成癮僅有性別在戒斷性分量表具顯著差異,男性顯著高於女性。 三、不同類型家長管教態度與智慧型手機成癮無顯著差異。 四、工作有無在危險因子之總得分、憂鬱、低自尊、神經質、家庭功能不佳等 五向度,無工作之學生得分皆顯著高於有工作之學生。 五、危險因子與智慧型手機成癮傾向皆呈顯著正相關。 六、危險因子皆可顯著預測心理健康問題。 七、危險因子中的「無聊感」皆能預測智慧型手機成癮傾向與心理健康問題。 研究者依上述實務研究結果進行討論與建議,期待提供實務工作者與未來研究發想高職進修部新生智慧型手機成癮之防制策略。As the progress of technology, internet brings convenience but also makes the problems of overusing and internet addiction. As a result, the purpose of this professional practice report is investigating the risk factors of internet addiction of students in continuing education of vocational high school which the researcher worked, and the relevance between smartphone addiction and mental health. Also, this professional practice report hopes taking the result of this investigating to make the more suitable strategies in our school.This research uses a questionnaire survey method, taking 65 the 10th students of the school which the researcher worked as the research samples. Apply “Short Form of Smartphone Addiction Inventory, SPAI-SF10”, “Checklist for Risk-factors of Internet Addiction, CRIA”, and “Brief Symptom Rating Scale, BSRS-5”. As the research tools, using those tools predicts the situation of smartphone addiction of our students and the relevance between risk factors and mental health. Also, through descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson correlation, multiple stepwise regression analysis for data analysis. The research results are as follows:1. The results of the amount smartphone addiction of our students about 20 %2. Only the withdrawal part is different in the result of smartphone addiction of gender.3. Different type discipline of using smartphone from parents has no show statistically significant difference in smartphone addiction.4. Having the stable work or not in risk factors has statistically significant difference in total grades, depression, low self-esteem, neuroticism, and low family function.5. The risk factors have significantly positively correlated with the performance of smartphone addiction.6. All the risk factors can predict the performance of both smartphone addiction and mental health problems.7.
