邱滿艷韓福榮張千惠余月霞2014-10-272014-10-272010-09-??http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/handle/20.500.12235/15733本研究的目的在於從參加職業訓練的身心障礙學員對福利服務需求的選擇,探討其自我決策。透過調查法,運用量化與質化的分析發現:參訓學員的需求選擇是全面性且個別性的,另外,包括「尊重服務使用者」、「重視專人服務」、「檢討體制」在內等自我決策的中肯聲音,及從使用者常不自知可使用的服務及權利等現象看,相關單位及我們所居住的大環境仍有很大的努力空間。This study was to understand the self-determination of trainees with disabilities through making decision on needs of social services. The results showed that the needs of social services were comprehensive and individualized. Trainees' self-determination was based on their self-experiences.
