陳政友曾如敏2019-08-282005-7-252019-08-282005http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22G00H1053003%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/87396本研究之主要目的,在瞭解國民小學學校護理人員對健康促進學校的看法,並探討其個人因素、學校因素與健康促進學校看法的關係麼主要之預測因子。 研究工具為自編之結構式問卷,研究對象為台灣地區國民小學學校護理人員,有效樣本共347人,所得資料經統計分析後得到以下重要發現: 一、研究對象康康促進學校看法中,得分最高為健康服務,其餘依序為學校物質環境、學校社會環境、健康教學與活動、健康促進學校概念、學校衛生政策,而社區關係的得分最低。 二、影響研究對象健康促進學校看法之相關因素為「參加專業團體」、「健康促進學校相關訓練活動」、「教育程度」、「執業執照」、「對健康促進學校的支持度」、「執健康促進學校的能力」、「事展健康促進學校之困難度」、「社區資源運用」、「學校同仁支持度」。 三、研究對象對健康促進學校看法之主要預測變項為「執業執照」、「對健康促進學校的支持度」、「執行健康促進學校的能力」、「推展健康促進學校之困難度」而其中更以「對健康促進學校的支持度」、「執行健康促進學校的能力」影響最大。ABSTRACT The main purpose of this study was to investigate emementary school nurses' opinions on Health Promoting Schools(HPS), and to estimate the relationship among the personal factores, elements in schools and opinions on HPS. It's also want to find the main forecast factors. Research tool was the structural questinnaire which was built up by researcher. Objects of study were elementary school nurses in Taiwan. There were 347 samples in this study. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1.Objects' opinions on HPS in sequence were health services, the physical environment of the school, the school's social environment, health instructions (personal health skills), HPS concepts, the school health policies, and community relationships. 2.The influence factors of objects' opinions on HPS were attending the professional teams, training activities about HPS, the level of education, license, supporting extent for HPS, executing ability of HPS, difficult extent for HPS, making use of social resourece, and support extent of staff. 3.The main forecast factors of objects' opinions on HPS were license, supporting extent for HPS, executing ability of HPS.
