石明宗Shin Ming-taung吳思源Wu Szu-yuan2019-09-052012-6-252019-09-052012http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0598303320%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/105463本研究旨在探討新北市永和國中體育班實施現況與發展困境,並具體提出解決問題的方法,以提供新北市永和國中體育班未來執行之策略。本研究方法採用文獻分析法與深度訪談法。研究對象為新北市永和國中體育班之相關行政人員、導師、各代表隊教練、家長後援會會長及學生等。研究結果如下:一、實施現況分為七個面向:(一)永續發展;(二)行政組織;(三)教練及師資來源;(四)經費來源;(五)學生來源;(六)訓練情形;(七)學生課業輔導。二、發展困境包括:(一)經費不足;(二)學生招收不易;(三)課業輔導績效不彰。三、發展策略為:(一)確立學校運動發展方向;(二)提升學生學習成效;(三)爭取教育主管機關經費及招募地方資源。The main purpose of the study is to know the situation of the athletic classes in Yong-ho Junior High School and the difficulties they face when they want to get further development. The thesis was progressed with literature review and In-depth interview. The staffs, tutors, coaches, parents, and students were interviewed. The consequences are as follows: 1. The current situation are divided into seven aspects. Eternal development; The organizaion of administration; Coaches and teachers; Fund; Students; Training; Guidance for lessons. 2. There are three difficulties: The shortage of money; The difficulty to attract students; The low achievement of the students’ studies. 3. The research provides three strategies: To make sure of the direction to develop school sports; To elevate the grades of the students.
