蔡居澤Jutse Tsai陳祝筠Chen, Chu-Yun2019-08-282011-7-202019-08-282010http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0095073219%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/88375本研究旨在探討探索教育活動對國中生團隊建立之影響,以臺北市某公立國中33位七、八、九年級的學生為研究對象,與台灣外展教育基金會合作,於桃園龍潭渴望基地實施長度為一天半的探索教育體驗營,並以「團隊建立計分卡量表」(包含團隊動力與團隊品質)進行前後測調查,探討探索教育活動對團隊建立是否有影響,並結合活動觀察記錄與學生質性訪談,討論影響團隊建立的關鍵因素為何。 本研究所得結果如下: 一、探索教育活動對國中生團隊建立(包含團隊動力與團隊品質)影響效果。 (一)探索教育活動對國中生之團隊建立(包含團隊動力與團隊品質)有正面影響。 (二)實施探索教育活動對不同的國中生分組團隊建立影響有顯著差異。 (三)國中生各分組團隊之間的團隊建立效果沒有顯著差異。 二、探索教育活動對國中生團隊建立之關鍵影響因素可以分為三個層次:活動層次、情感層次、人的層次。其中活動層次包含了:確實執行探索教育活動與露營活動、共同目標的設定與共同經驗、反思與歸納;情感層次最主要的影響因素是尊重與保護;人的層次包含了引導員的引導與學員的參與。The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of adventure education activities on the team building of public junior high school students. A sample size of 33 Seventh, Eighth and Ninth grade students from one of the Taipei County’s junior high schools of the 98th academic year, joined one and half day long adventure education camp. The camp was run by Outward Bound Taiwan at Desire base camp in Tao-yuan, using “Team Building Scorecard Scale” (including team dynamics and team quality). Statistics analysis was done to analyze if adventure education activities influence the team building of public junior high school students. Observation and qualitative interviews with students were used to discuss the key factors affecting the team during the teambuilding process. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The Condition of the team building of junior high school students are effected by adventure education activities (including team dynamics and team quality). (1)The team building of junior high school students are effected by adventure education activities (including team dynamics and team quality). (2) Different teams of junior high school students show significant difference to the adventure education activities. (3) There is no significant difference between the different teams of junior high school students, in terms of adventure education activities. 2. The key factors affecting team building can be divided into three levels: activity level, emotional level, and people level. Activity level includes: implementation of adventure education and camping activities, setting common goals and experiences, reflection and direction.
