林振春Dr. Lin Jenn-chuen陳淑芬Chen Shu-fen2019-08-292009-8-252019-08-292009http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0095023119%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/92291本研究旨在瞭解非營利組織志工在從事服務學習過程中所經歷的點滴及因服務學習為個人內在帶來的改變及影響。本研究的研究目的如下: 一、瞭解志工參與非營利組織服務學習的動機。 二、探討志工參與非營利組織服務學習的方式。 三、研討志工參與非營利組織服務學習的成效。 為達上述目的,本研究採用質性研究方法,針對財團法人研華文教基金會「ACT100多元活潑教學故事戲劇志工團」四位服務的志工,經過訪談、逐字稿的編碼、主題的分析詮釋,得到下列結論: 一、志工服務學習動機包括利己因素、實現利他的理念、情境因素等三類,其動機取向和其生活特性有很大的關聯性。 二、志工在服務過程中的學習方式交替使用,並以其學習階段需求選擇其學習目標與學習方式。 三、志工參與服務學習,可以達成家庭、社會及整個國家的三贏局面之成效。 四、服務學習訊息的獲得來自多元管道,可以激發更多人的參與與投入。 五、分享是服務學習的重要方式,可以增進服務學習成效。 由結論提出以下建議: 一、對研華文教基金會提出的建議:規劃多項跨區性服務學習方案,並加強宣導服務學習成效,以提昇志工服務能量及激發更多志工投入。 二、對ACT100多元活潑教學故事戲劇志工的建議:志工在從事志願服務時態度要合宜,各區域學校志工團運用策略聯盟,以擴大服務學習內涵及精神。 三、對志願服務機構的建議:志工招募應重視及協助志工未來的生涯規劃,設計多元並具階段性的服務學習課程,並建立證照制度,使志工持續投入心力及承諾。 四、對未來研究的建議:擴大各種不同背景志工為研究對象,透過不同取向與實務行動研究,對服務學習的成效與志工的生涯發展做更深入的探討。The purpose of this study is to understand the experience and the process of self-achievement in the volunteer service learning in the non-profit organization. The aims are as the followings: 1.To understand one’s motivation to work as volunteer in the non-profit organization. 2.To understand the ways volunteers participate in service learning in the non-profit organization. 3.To discuss the effect of service learning in the non-profit organization. The methodology used is qualitative research. The study takes in-depth interview with four ACT100 Creative Story-telling Volunteers in Advantech Foundation. Through thesis analyzing and interpreting, the conclusions are summarized as the followings: 1.The volunteer’s motivation comprise egoistic, altruistic, and situational factor. Moreover, the motivation is firmly related to personal life experience. 2.The ways volunteers participate in service learning vary, depending on the phase and the purpose of learning. 3.Volunteer service learning is benefit to one’s family, society, and country. 4.The information of service learning through multi-source can encourage more people to take part in. 5.Experience sharing is of much importance, which can enhance the efficiency of service learning. Based on the conclusion mentioned above, the suggestions are as the followings: 1.Advantech foundation should develop several cross-section service learning plans, and advocate the effect of service learning to drive more people to participate and raise the morale. 2.ACT100 Creative Story-telling Volunteers should make strategic alliance with volunteers groups in other schools to broaden the scope and enrich vitality of service learning. 3.The service organizations should design creative long-term service learning program and certification in order to strengthen the structure of volunteers’ groups. 4.It is suggested that further research may be focused on the influence of service learning and volunteers’ career developments from different aspects in Action Research.非營利組織志工服務學習non-profit organizationvolunteers’ serviceservice-learning非營利組織志工服務學習之研究--以研華文教基金會志工團為例Volunteer Service Learning in Non-profit Organization- An Empirical Study on Volunteers in Advantech Foundation
