鄭曉楓Cheng, Hsiao-Feng曾韋智Tseng, Wei-Chih2025-12-092025-07-212025https://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/thesis/detail/628d115093564544682c7f39b365e4bf/http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/handle/20.500.12235/124631本研究旨在探討諮商心理師斜槓自媒體經營的職涯發展與幸福感經驗，採用敘事研究方法。研究者與五位持有中華民國諮商師心理證照，執業年資與自媒體經營年資皆達一年以上，且主要社群平台粉絲數達一萬人以上的諮商心理師進行深度訪談，並分別以「整體—內容」與「類別—內容」方法進行分析。研究結果顯示，研究參與者斜槓自媒體經營的職涯發展歷程中：（一）雖然斜槓職涯發展的動機各異，不過「對心理專業的高度熱忱」與「對外展現的傾向」則為研究參與者之間的共通特質，是推動斜槓職涯發展的重要基礎；（二）斜槓職涯歷程中的挑戰具有階段性的變化，職涯初期與中後期可能面臨不同的挑戰，研究參與者面對挑戰的心態與調適策略也不盡相同；（三）斜槓職涯歷程中的幸福感經驗，並非幸福感PERMA理論中五個幸福元素的靜態總和，而是一種逐步催化而成的動態歷程，其幸福元素之間彼此關聯且相互影響。 根據研究結果，文末針對幸福感PERMA理論進行延伸討論與補充，將幸福感元素的內涵進行更細緻的分類與詮釋，並統整斜槓職涯發展動機、挑戰故事與幸福感經驗三者之間的關聯與動態。此外，也針對欲踏入斜槓自媒體領域之諮商心理師提供建議，為諮商心理師的斜槓職涯發展與幸福感研究，帶來不同的理解與啟發。This study explores the career development and well-being experiences of counseling psychologists who engage in self-media as a form of slash career. Using a narrative research method, in-depth interviews were conducted with five licensed counseling psychologists in Taiwan who had at least one year of professional practice and self-media experience, and over 10,000 followers on their social media platform. Data were analyzed through holistic-content and categorical-content approaches.The findings reveal three key insights. First, while participants had diverse motivations, a shared passion for the counseling profession and a desire for public engagement emerged as common traits that supported their slash career development. Second, challenges were found to vary across different career stages, with participants showing distinct coping strategies in early and later phases. Third, well-being experiences were not a static sum of the five PERMA elements but a dynamic process, with interrelated and mutually reinforcing components.This study further refines the PERMA model by offering more nuanced interpretations of well-being elements. It also integrates slash career motivations, challenges, and well-being into a comprehensive view.
