潘淑滿盧宸緯Lu Chen Wei2019-08-292006-2-172019-08-292006http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22G0069202002%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/92021摘要 本研究以參與觀察為主、深度訪談為輔,瞭解越籍新移民女性在官方中文班中的學習經驗,並進一步分析強勢文化團體權力在其中的運作情形。研究發現,強勢文化團體一方面透過選擇性的知識/訊息傳遞,另一方面則透過懷柔取向的教學策略,最終目的在引導越籍新移民女性成為柔順、馴服、具台灣社會認可的教養下一代能力,對社會、政治及經濟上皆有用的自律個體。本研究並根據研究結果提出相關建議: 一、教師教學方面: (一) 新移民女性中文教師應做為轉化型知識份子,除了對自身進行批判反思外,並引導新移民女性思考其「策略性性別需求」 (二) 在教學中給予新移民女性更多文化的展現與交流空間,並提升新移民女性以中文為母國文化發聲的能力 二、教材編製方面: (一)納入新移民女性的經驗與聲音 (二) 加強與新移民女性相關的法律與權益及在台社會支持資源的介紹 三、政策規劃方面:對新移民女性「母職」的協助,應以「讓新移民女性能有信心、自在的與孩子互動」為目標Abstract The purpose of this thesis is to understand Vietnamese marriage immigrants’ learning experience in Chinese classes run by Taiwanese government. This study utilizes participatory observation and in-depth interview to further analyze the exercise of superior Taiwanese cultural group power. This study chooses two elementary supplemental schools to observe interactions between teachers and students. By interviewing both parties, this study understands teachers’ teaching belief and Vietnamese marriage immigrants’ learning experiences. Our results show that the superior cultural group, on one hand, passes knowledge/message selectively;on the other hand, utilizes placatory-oriented teaching strategies. The ultimate goals are:first, to guide Vietnamese marriage immigrants to become submissive, to enable them to educate the next generation and to transform them to self-sufficient objects politically and economically, which can finally contribute to the society. Based on the results, this study provides related suggestions on making teaching materials;enhancing teaching methods;and planning policies.新移民女性外籍配偶外籍新娘中文學習識字越籍新移民女性中文學習經驗之研究
