林振春盧奕勳Lu, Yi-Syun2019-08-29不公開2019-08-292010http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0696020022%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/92437近年來，由於教育與文化的水平提升，國民普遍接受國內外的各種文化，舉凡攝影、繪畫、雕刻、設計、文物、音樂、表演、科學等各類主題皆有一定的族群品賞，此些主題需要社教機構作為平台，展示人類的心血結晶，因此社教機構的重要性與日遽增，然而社教機構的經營卻往往無法維持正常運作，收入與支出失衡，使得政府積極尋求解決之道，應運而生的行政法人及公辦民營制度便是用來解決的兩種方法，但仍可思考的是，是否可以藉由企業管理所提倡的哲學思想來給予社教機構一些啟示呢？因此本研究試圖以孫子兵法的管理思想來給予社教機構經營管理一些啟示以及應用的參考。 本研究以孫子兵法管理思想作為理論基礎，從孫子兵法原典籍中重新整理與歸納，依現代管理的三個面向—領導、策略、變革來做編排，並以此作為本研究訪談的架構，來深入瞭解社教機構經營管理與孫子兵法管理思想的連結關係，期望透過本研究給予更多社教機構經營管理上的新思維。In recent years, as the level of education and culture to enhance, people generally accepted the various cultures at home and abroad, such as photography, painting, sculpture, design, heritage, music, performance, science and other kinds of themes have a fixed population appreciating. These themes need the institutions of Social Education as a platform to show the human civilization, therefore, the institutions of Social Education are more and more important. However, the institutions of Social Education are often unable to maintain normal business operations, revenue and expenditure imbalances, making the government to actively seek solution. Administrative Corporation and Privatization are two approaches to solve the dilemma. However, we can further think that institutions of Social Education can be promoted by corporate management philosophy to give some enlightenment? Therefore, this research attempts to use the management philosophy of The Art of War to give some enlightenment to the institutions of Social Education. This research is based the management philosophy of The Art of War. The Art of War was re-organized, according to three dimensions of modern management to arrange - leadership, strategy and transform, and use this as a framework for this research interviews.
