胡茹萍Hu, Ru-Ping戴曉玫Hsiao Mei Tai2019-09-04不公開2019-09-042010http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0694700018%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/99007本研究主要探討「擴大碩士級產業研發人才供給方案」之實施現況，瞭解科技人才培訓之規劃與方式，及政府、我國高等教育及企業訓練三方面之間的合作，為本研究之重點。研究以文件分析法瞭解「擴大碩士級產業研發人才供給方案」之實施現況與成果，分析其方案所面臨的困境與其因應方式，並針對「擴大碩士級產業研發人才供給方案」實施現況之研究發現，提出結論與建議。以下為本研究之結論： 一、政府辦理「擴大碩士級產業研發人才供給方案」之動機是正向的。 二、「擴大碩士級產業研發人才供給方案」之規劃與方式能夠有效培育科技研發人才。 三、「擴大碩士級產業研發人才供給方案」之實施現況對解決產業科技人才培育之問題有立即助益。 四、「擴大碩士級產業研發人才供給方案」之實施現況所遭遇到的困境應有其因應方式。 最後根據研究結論對政府、學校、企業與後續研究者提出具體之建議。This study analyzes the implementation of the Project of Increasing Master-Level Industrial R&D Manpower and focuses on the scheme and design of industrial R&D talents, as well as the cooperation of the government, higher education and enterprises. The research method is documentary analysis method. This study examines practice and results of the Project of Increasing Master-Level Industrial R&D Manpower, and further discusses difficulties and responses of the project. Major findings are summarized and some suggestions are proposed according to the performance of the Project of Increasing Master-Level Industrial R&D Manpower. Therefore, this study has drawn the following conclusions: I. The government’s motive of the Project of Increasing Master-Level Industrial R&D Manpower is positive. II.The plan and the scheme of the Project of Increasing Master-Level Industrial R&D Manpower effectively develop the talents of technology. III.The implementation of the Project of Increasing Master- Level Industrial R&D Manpower has immediately solved the issue of enterprises cultivating the work force of technology. IV.The government should resolve the difficulties of the Project of Increasing Master-Level Industrial R&D Manpower.
