王宗吉林伯修Wang, Chun-ChiLin, Po-Hsiu謝宗順Hsieh, Tsung-Shun2019-09-052007-8-312019-09-052007http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0693310024%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/107637足球職業化是全球足球發展的趨勢，更是足球競爭力提升的重要條件。足球發展的先進地如英格蘭，大都已經職業化且行之有年，並成為該地文化的一部份。許多後起之地如日本，也逐漸邁入職業化發展，建立起自己的足球文化。因此本研究之目的，即透過歸納英格蘭、日本足球職業化的發展，探討台灣足球運動體系邁入職業化的相關問題，分析未來職業化成立所需之條件。本文以歷史研究法及文獻分析法，分析英格蘭、日本足球職業化的過程後發現，運動體系結合並創造大眾化、專業化與產業化的實踐，進而形成大眾消費、專業生產與產業合作的足球文化。對照於台灣，足球發展仍屬於少數參與、業餘生產、競技休閒不分的落後情況，因此未來台灣足球職業化，必須分別以發展觀賞性的競技足球文化與參與性的休閒足球文化為目標，建立運動體系大眾化、專業化及產業化的相關條件，方能致之。而中華足協在運動體系中的治理體角色，是台灣推動足球職業化的關鍵。The main purpose of this study was to probe into the problems and conditions of the professionalization of football system in Taiwan by comparing the cases in England and Japan.Document analysis was used to delineate how the latter two systems have successfully professionalized, specialized and industrialized, resulting in mass production, specialized production and industry cooperation in their football cultures. On the contrary, the poor condition in Taiwan, in which there are fewer participants, amateur production and no separation between athletics and leisure sports. If Taiwan football system intends to be professionalized in the future, professional spectator football culture and amateur participant football culture must be promoted respectively so as to reach the popularization, specialization, and industrialization of the football system.
