洪仁進博士楊振宗2019-08-28不公開2019-08-282009http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0095003219%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/89760軍事教育乃國軍各軍事院校對個人所實施之有體系教育,以增進哲學涵養、科學知識與兵學藝術。其軍職教育培養階段區分:基礎教育、進修教育與深造教育,其中深造教育以培養國軍指揮參謀、戰術研究、戰略研究、國防管理及技術勤務等領導人才為宗旨,教育內涵則以戰略及指揮參謀教育為主軸,培養建軍用兵軍事人才為目標。陸軍指參教育乃因應建軍與備戰需求,在陸軍司令部指導下,執行有關之研究、發展及人才培育任務,培養陸軍戰術階層之指參人才。 我國軍事教育課程設計,係遵循「為戰而敎」、「為用而育」的政策指導,據以規劃各教育班次之課程內涵,這種採取「由上而下」的課程設計理念,容易忽略受訓學員的實際需求。因此,本研究嘗試由「顧客導向」的思維切入,從陸院受訓之畢業學員回饋觀點,來檢視陸院正規班課程教育內涵,從學術與實務性觀點著眼,展望未來策進方向,以達供需雙贏之目的。 本研究以陸院2008年班畢業學員為研究對象,由顧客滿意度之觀點來探討陸軍指參教育正規班課程之適切性。研究結果發現:陸院畢業學員對正規班課程的整體學習滿意度是屬於「尚可」偏向「滿意」的程度。在研究的四個向度指標中,「教師教學」的滿意程度為「滿意」;「課程設計」、「教材內容」、「學習環境」則顯示「尚可」的滿意程度;整體滿意程度高低依序為「教師教學」、「教材內容」、「學習環境」、「課程設計」。 此外,經過差異性統計分析,發現不同個人背景變項,無論是「性別」、「階級」、「任官年資」、「入學前職務」或是「組別與專長」等,在「課程設計」、「教材內容」、「教師教學」與「學習環境」及整體學習滿意度上,均無顯著差異存在,表示陸院畢業學員對正規班課程的學習滿意度,並不會因個人背景變項不同而有所差異。Military education is divided into undergraduate, advanced and graduate levels, which is designed to improve the knowledge of philosophy, science, and the art of war. The curriculum objectives of advanced and graduate level is crucial for cultivating commanders of staff, managers and technique. In order to educate military leaders, the spirit revolves around strategy and command staff. Under the guidance of Army Headquarter, this education is instructed and regulated by the National Strategic Defense Plan. For winning on the battlefield, the guidance is given from the upper echelon. This process tends to neglect the students’ needs. Therefore, this research inclines to the customer-oriented form. Reviewing the performance and requirement of ACSC graduated officers, we could figure the win-win perspective to suit the needs of troops. This research focus on the class 2008. From the practical view to assess the adaptive of ACSC education. As a result, the student officers tends to the level between O.K. to Satisfied. From the course design, the content of courses, the learning environment, and the performance of teaching, the highest score is the performance of teaching.
