卓俊辰Jwo, Jiunn Chern張耀仁Chang, Yao Jen2019-09-052009-2-242019-09-052009http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0593041220%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/105334飲食教育與運動介入對肥胖青少年 身體組成的影響 摘 要 目的:探討飲食教育與運動訓練對肥胖青少年體重、BMI、BF%、腰圍、臀圍和腰臀比的影響以及比較飲食教育與飲食教育配合運動訓練對肥胖青少年體重、BMI、BF%、腰圍、臀圍及腰臀比影響的差異。 方法:以高雄市立後勁國中學生為研究對象,以BMI≧24的標準篩選出60位肥胖學生。隨機分派為實驗組a(飲食教育)、實驗組b(飲食教育+運動訓練)及控制組,每組各20名,進行為期8週的飲食教育與運動訓練。所取之資料包括受試者之年齡、身高、體重、腰臀比、BMI及BF %為實驗變項參數進行相依樣本t-test與獨立樣本單因子變異數分析,統計顯著水準設為α=.05。 結果:實驗組a(飲食教育)、實驗組b(飲食教育+運動)與控制組間的體重、BMI、腰圍、臀圍、腰臀比及BF%皆無顯著差異,顯示其同質性高。實驗組a(體重67.17kg,65.30kg、BMI26.10,25.00、腰圍85.55cm,82.95cm、臀圍98.10cm,97,10cm、腰臀比0.87,0.86及BF%22.67,21.96)和實驗組b(體重63.02kg,60.27kg、BMI25.49,23.73、腰圍87.30cm,83.70cm、臀圍100.80cm,98.50cm、腰臀比0.87,0.85及BF%23.45,21.54) 在經過8週訓練後的身體組成項目皆與訓練前有所改善。 結論:飲食教育與運動訓練的介入可顯著改善肥胖青少年之身體組成,尤其飲食教育配合運動訓練的處方具有更佳的降低體重、BMI、腰圍、臀圍、腰臀比及BF%的效益。 關鍵字:BMI、腰臀比、體脂肪Effects of Diet Education and Exercise Training on Body Composition in Obese Adolescents Abstract Purposes: this study were to investigate the effects of exercise training (ET) and diet education (DE) on body composition include weight, BMI, body fat%, waist girth, hip girth and waist/ hip ratios (W/H) in obese adolescents and compare the difference of DE and DE combine ET (DE+ET)on body composition of obese adolescents. Methods: sixty obese adolescents (BMI I≧24) by randomly assignment were divided into three groups: group A (DE), group B (DE+ET) and control group (CG). Each group included 20 subjects. Group A and group B underwent a 8-weeks training programs. Repeated measures t- test and One- way ANOVA were used to analyze the different among groups. Turkey’s post host-comparisons were used to analyze the data if there was a significant. Statistical significance was accepted at an alpha level of p<.05. Results: group A(weight: 67.17kg,65.30kg、BMI:26.10,25.00、waist girth: 85.55cm,82.95cm、hip girth: 98.10cm,97,10cm、W/H: 0.87,0.86及BF%22.67,21.96)and group B (weight: 63.02kg,60.27kg、BMI: 25.49,23.73、waist girth: 87.30cm,83.70cm、hip girth: 100.80cm,98.50cm、W/H: 0.87,0.85 and BF%23.45,21.54) were improved body composition at baseline after 8- weeks training programs. Conclusion: 8-weeks of exercise training and diet education can improve obese adolescent’s body composition. The exercise training combine diet education may be more effective in improving body composition than just diet education.
