This study aims to investigate the relationship between the implementation of praise-based teaching strategies and job satisfaction among elderly exercise instructors. Methods: The method is to use the purposive sampling method to collect the data of praise applied in teaching, and of the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) for elderly exercise instructors certified by government agencies as research subjects. A total of 521 questionnaires were collected, and the number of valid questionnaires was 516, with an effective rate of 99%. The data obtained were statistically analyzed by SPSS statistics 23.0 software analysis, employing one-way ANOVA of variance to examine differences in job satisfaction among four different types of praise and simple linear regression to test the linear correlation between the frequency of praise application and job satisfaction. The level of significance was set at α = .05. Results: The study found no significant differences in job satisfaction among the four different types of praise. However, there was a significant positive correlation between the frequency of praise application and job satisfaction, F(1,514) = 17.483, β = .181, p< .001. Conclusion: This study demonstrates that the types of commonly used praise by elderly exercise instructors do not affect job satisfaction, but higher frequencies of applying praise are associated with higher job satisfaction. Future research could observe different demographic groups and conduct more in-depth qualitative interviews to further validate whether the application of praise can also benefit oneself.鼓勵表揚工作滿足教練coachencouragejob satisfactionpraise高齡運動指導員應用讚美式教學策略與工作滿意度之相關研究The Relationship between the Implementation of Praise-Based Teaching Strategies and Job Satisfaction among Elderly Exercise Instructors學術論文
