吳和堂Ho-Tang Wu2019-08-122019-08-122016-12-??http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/80505本研究旨在發展教師職場靈性量表,首先依據文獻提出初稿,分為工作意義感、社群感及組織認同感三個層面共17題;其次,聘請4位專家進行審閱,審閱結果共修改6題,維持原題目者有11題;第三,進行預試,採探索性因素分析,經項目分析、因素與信度分析等三步驟,其中於第一因素分析中刪1題,剩下的16題進行第二次因素分析,結果發現變異解釋量上,總變異解釋量為75.00%,總信度為 .95;第四,就探索性因素分析所得的16題進行驗證性因素分析。本研究結果發現初始模式整體適切性可接受,基本適切度(項目品質檢驗)良好,三個潛在變項的組合信度與平均變異萃取量也都符合標準。此外,三個潛在變項具有構念區辨力,也與效標具有顯著的正向關聯。綜言之,本研究發展的16題三層面職場靈性量表具有信、效度,可供以進行相關研究。The aim of this study was to conduct a comprehensive examination ofreliability and validity of Teachers’ Scale of Workplace Spirituality (TSWS) inTaiwan school setting. The processes of scale development were on the followingsteps: First, according to the literature, a 17-intial-item theoretical model wasused to develop the TSWS. Second, the 17 intial items revised by 4 experts, and 6items wrer revised, the other 11 items remained. Third, the revised 17 items wereanalyzed by try-out, including item analysis, exploratory factor analysis (EFA)and reliability analysis. In first try-out, 1 item was deleted, for it posited on thewrong factor. But in the second one, the remained 16 items divided into 3 factors,named sense of meaning work, sense of community and sense of organizationalidentification, with acceptable validity and reliability. Fouth, confirmatory factoranalysis (CFA) was used to verify the initial model of 3-factor-and-16-item. Theoverall pattern of results indicated that the TSWS was reasonably reliable and validin Taiwan school settings. Finally, in order to find the level and group difference onteacher’s workplace spirituality, author compiled the formal questionnaire basedon CFA outcome, and resurveyed 610 samples. The finding showed that teacher’sworkplace spirituality is on above average level. Furthemore, the served educationstage (divied into three subgroup, served at primay schoo, juinior and senior high school) and marital status (married and unmarry) reach significant difference.
