In order to effectively prepare this workforce, the related programs and curriculum in universities/colleges need a set of well-identified competencies for the workforce. The purpose of this project is to analyze and verify necessary core competencies by means of systematic analysis. Literature review, penal discussion, DACUM-AMOD method, and fuzzy Delphi technique will be employed to attain the purpose.
