簡佑宏Chien, Yu-Hung姚鈞愷Yao, Chun-Kai2022-06-082027-01-222022-06-082022https://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/thesis/detail/a1b1e44718dfa7f2cdc6f53333f31e53/http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/handle/20.500.12235/116912隨著使用者在設計過程中逐漸受到重視,設計師需要花更多的心力在設計過程中了解使用者的需求,而工程設計教育也應該跟隨此一趨勢,讓學生能夠在設計實作中學習與使用者溝通與合作。參與式設計能夠讓使用者參與學生的設計過程,克服對使用者的不熟悉,然而要找到使用者配合教學現場非常困難。但隨著近年來人工智慧技術的發展,聊天機器人或能解決真實使用者的參與問題。本研究使用Dialogflow自然語言處理系統與Google助理建置系統模型架構,依照人物誌設計方法與半結構式訪談,以聊天機器人的方式建立人工智慧使用者系統模型,並使用此系統模型以8位人因工程課程之大學三年級學生進行系統模型驗證,真實使用組4人,AI組4人。其中真實使用組以真實使用者作為產品使用者進行設計活動,AI組使用本研究發展之人工智慧產品使用者作為使用者進行設計活動。根據本研究所建置之系統模型與系統模型驗證結果分析,得出以下結論:在設計過程的部分,人工智慧產品使用者能讓學生表現出更豐富的工程設計行為轉移;設計構想的部分,兩組學生之防身用品設計構想表現平均差異不大,證實人工智慧產品使用者系統模型能在設計的前期構想階段中有效代替真實使用者。As users become more important in the design process, designers need to spend more effort in the design process to explore the needs of users. Engineering design education should follow this trend so that students can learn to communicate and collaborate with users in the design process. The participatory design allows users to participate in the student's design process and enables students to overcome their unfamiliarity with the user. However, it is very difficult to find users to cooperate with the teaching site. But with the development of artificial intelligence technology in recent years, chatbots may solve the problem of real user’s participation. This study uses Dialogflow and Google Assistant to build system architecture, according to Persona design methods and semi-structured interviews, to build an artificial intelligence user system model in the form of a chatbot, and to use this system to conduct system verification with 8 students in engineering courses. They were separated into two groups, group A uses real users as product users for design activities, group B uses artificial intelligence users developed in this research as users for design activities.According to the analysis of the system and it’s verification, the following conclusions are drawn: In the design process, users of artificial intelligence products can enable students to demonstrate a richer shift in engineering design behavior; In the design concept, the average performance of the design ideas of the two groups of students' self-defense products is not much different.
