劉建成Chien-Cheng Liu蔡婷逸Ting-Yi Tsai2019-09-052019-8-202019-09-052014http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0001682128%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/103139本創作研究主題「鉸鍊式結構」為荷蘭Snijlab公司所研發的創新性技術,基於「原創不一定是發明」的觀點,除了對此新興技術的好奇之外,再加上個人對木質材料情感上的偏好,因此,希望透過結構實驗的方式,探尋平面木質材料的最佳柔性表現,以及造形設計創作的發展過程,能為「鉸鍊式結構」找出更廣泛的可能應用價值。 本創作研究方法以文獻分析法、個案研究法與創作實證方式進行。對相關文獻、學理與設計案例做基礎研究探索,分析當代設計思潮與目前工藝設計之發展趨勢,並比較設計案例之優缺點,綜合出後續創作之立論依據。在此以「鉸鍊式結構」的實驗結果為基礎,以立體造形與實用性為原則,秉持「美感結合實用」的核心概念,透過數位輔助技術與設備,採用密集板材與榫接技法,設計發展創作出:方形上蓋盒、三角開蓋盒、柱型長式提籠、錐型短式提籃及自由組裝式圓罩等系列作品。 經由本研究文獻分析與創作實證之彙整,獲致以下三點結論:一、結構即裝飾。利用鉸鍊式結構的柔性機能,可解決造形局部的接合與組構問題;擴大此結構之運用面積,更能達到極佳之視覺裝飾效果。二、效率與多樣性的兼顧。透過數位技術,除了能輕易大量複製產品,亦能客製化處理類似但不完全相同的構件,兼顧效率與多樣性。三、傳統工藝與現代設計產業的新結合。只需單一材料及簡單步驟,便能輕易產出具手工藝質感的設計成品,為傳統工藝與現代設計產業,融合出另一種「工藝設計」新方向。This creation study "hinge structure" is the innovative technology invented by Dutch Snijlab Company. On the basis of idea that "might not invent while being original", as to the new developing curiosity of technology, and individual's partiality to the wooden material. So, through the way of structural experiment, seek the best flexible manifestation of the wooden panel. The evolution created by shape design, explore the other possible using value of "hinge structure" out. Through documentary analysis, case study research and empirical creative ways to explore relevant literature, theoretical and design cases. Analysis contemporary design ideological and handicrafts development trend. Compare the advantages and disadvantages of design cases, and summarize the conclusions as a basis. According to the "hinged structure" as the basis of the experimental results, three-dimensional shape and the principle of practicality, and "aesthetics combined with the practicality" of core concepts. Through digital technology and equipment, using MDF and joggle skill to develop and create: square box with cover; triangle box with cover; long cylindrical cage; short conical basket; and the round cover of assembly type, etc. Lastly this research summarized into the following three categories for conclusion: 1. The structure is the decoration. Using the flexible function of the hinge structure can solve the problem of the structure joints. Expand the use of this structure area can get better decorative effect. 2. Both efficiency and diversity. Through the digital technology, not only can easily copy a lot of products, but also can tailor-made personalized different but similar parts. 3. Combines traditional crafts and modern design industry.
