To approximate the unknown nonlinear dynamical systems, the fuzzy-neural approximator is established. Furthermore, the control law and update law to tune on-line both the B-spline membership functions and the weighting factors of the adaptive fuzzy-neural controller are derived. Therefore, the control performance of the controller is improved.
