國立臺灣師範大學科技應用與人力資源發展學系于俊傑黃宜蕙余鑑2014-10-302014-10-302012-07-31http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/handle/20.500.12235/36305本年連續性研究之目的為: 一、建置、試用與形成性評估電子書使用行為意圖成效模型。 二、建構與使用電子書使用行意圖成效模型,並驗證其信、效度。 三、總結性評估電子書使用行為意圖成效模型之功效,並以實驗研究檢測系統的使用 對學習成效之影響。 透過文獻分析、專家討論、預試等過程建構電子書使用行為意圖成效模型,並以企 業的員工為實驗對象。實驗結束後,蒐集資料並進行統計分析,以檢驗模型之信、效度。 並運用電子書使用行為意圖成效模型來調查學習者的使用意願情況。 另採實驗研究法,以某企業之兩組的員工為電子書實驗對象。以t 檢定或多變量共 變數分析(排除可能影響因素,譬如影響學習成效因素)檢驗兩組在學習成效、影響學習 成效因素評估上的差異及,及兩組在學習成效(證照、測驗)上的差異,並探討企業中員 工使用電子書之相關利害關係人的訓練成效情形。This continuous research for one year period aims to: 1. Construct and formatively e-book of behavioral intention effectiveness model to use. 2. Build and use e-book of behavioral intention effectiveness model to use as well as identify their reliability and validity. 3. Identify the system by a summative evaluation and conduct an experimental study to explore the impacts of the system on learning effects. E-book of behavioral intention effectiveness model to use will be built through literature analysis, expert discussions and pilot study. The rubrics will be identified by conducting a empirical study based on staffs at a business. Finally, data will be gathered and analyzed to verify the reliability and validity of the rubrics and assessment methods. Then use e-book of behavioral intention effectiveness model to analysis the situation of the students’ self-learning. Finally, data will be gathered and analyzed to verify the differences of self-perceived effectiveness, affect achievement factors between the two groups by using t test or MANCOVA (Multivariate Analysis of Covariance) (excluding, for instance, affect achievement factors) statistical methods.
