陳美燕林儷蓉劉美忻liu mei-hsin2019-09-052014-2-252019-09-052013http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0099312116%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/107579自九十學年度起,九年一貫課程施行後,校外教學已經成為「新校園、新文化」的蛻變運動緊密的一環,因此上課的地點己經不在侷限在校園內,越過了以往校園的圍牆,將校園延伸生活與大自然中,讓學生能在學校課本教材之外,透過活動的過程,學習到新的知識及如何與同學之間的相處及如何與社會建立連結的脈動。在所有校外教學活動課程中,隔宿露營活動對於國中生都是必要的參予活動課程,而在參與的過程中雖然學生是主角,但因目前學校機關都依政府採購法招標,其最主要的決策者在於教師,所以問卷對象主要為國中老師。本研究目的在探討不同背景的國中教師對於隔宿露營活動重要程度之滿意度及不同背景國中教師對於隔宿露營目的地滿意度與重遊意願的關係。本研究透過問卷調查法進行資料收集,研究工具有安全協助、環境設施、相關服務、課程滿意之重視度、滿意度與重遊意願的問卷量表,以及不同國中教師背景的特性問項。本研究以國內知名隔宿露營場地小叮噹科學遊樂區之參予國中教師為研究對象,共發放800份問卷,共計回收有效問卷612份,分析方法使用SPSS統計軟體進行統計分析,並配合研究問題進行檢驗分析。研究結果如下:本研究運用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關與重要—表現程度分析法(Importance-Performance Analysis)進行資料處理與分析,研究結果顯示國中教師對於「安全協助」、「環境設施」、「課程滿意」等三項應繼續保持之項目,而「相關服務」是重要而實際表現不如期待之項目,建議業者能列為首要之改善重點。本研究提出多項建議,希望能提供學校教師與承辦活動相關業者經營管理之參考。Outbound school activity has become an essential part of the “New Campus, New Culture “activity among junior high schools ever since 2001 school year when the Grade 1-9 Curriculum Guidelines took effect. Students don’t only learn on campus, but also extend their learning across the fence of the schools and outside of classrooms. Their study materials include their existing text books as well as the nature environment and the life experience from their peers. Students absorb knowledge and skills through the activities they participate during the school outing and learn to interactive with their peers and connect themselves with the society outside of school environment. Among all the school outings, all junior high school students have to attend over night camping. Though the major participators are students but it is their teachers make the decision of the entire program due to the schools have to follow the Government Procurement Act. The purpose of this study on “over night camping” is to discover the importance and satisfaction of junior high school teachers from different back ground and their satisfaction of different camping sites and their willingness to revisit these sites. The data of this study will be collected by distributing questionnaires to the decision makers, junior high school teachers. This study was based on the questionnaires from high school teachers who participated the over-night camping activities of the very popular “Little Ding-Dong Science Theme Park. Descriptive Statistics, Independent samples t test, One-way ANOVA, and the Pearson product-moment correlation Important - Performance Analyses are utilized in the data management and analysis. The results of this study show most of the teachers are satisfied with “the elements of the security”, “environment and facilities of the camp sites” and “the different programs along the camping”. They hope to maintain the standard. They also confirm the importance of “the related services provided to the participators” but it is not as good as expected. They suggested the related business owners should make it the first priority to improve.
