林佳範王玉芬2019-08-282008-6-252019-08-282008http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0594071120%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/88455  本行動研究為台北縣某縣立高中學校教師會理事長推動「提升教師輔導與管教職能」經驗之個案研究,探究校內教師會議與教師專業成長的關係。試圖在學校教師會帶動下,利用校內教師會議,以「教學研究會」的模式,將「輔導與管教」專業成長知能納入規劃,在「導師會報」上落實,使校內教師會議不限於政令宣導。教師們可以透過同儕合作學習,獲得專業上的支援與成長,並探究以「輔導與管教專業成長」為例,如何發展學校成為學習型組織。 為達上述目的,本研究以參與觀察、問卷調查與深度訪談等方式進行,並得到以下結論: 一、研究個案學校教師不當輔導與管教學生狀況明顯改善 二、研究個案教師輔導與管教職能已提升但仍有困境 三、學校教師會是教師專業成長的推手 四、結合工作會議成為專業成長與研習之機制 五、研究個案學校邁向「學習型組織」之路   根據以上結論,分別對校內教師、學校教師會、學校行政單位及未來研究者提出建議。This research is a case study regarding the “Promote the skills of Teachers’ Guide and Discipline” launched by the director-general of the School Teacher Association in one Taipei county high school, to explore the relationship between the internal teacher conference and teacher professional growth. Besides, take “the professional growth in guidance and discipline” as an example, to explore how to make a school become a learning organization. Under the leading of the School Teacher Association, the director-general tried to use the mode of “Teaching Workshop” on the conference, and to implement the professional development of “Guide and Discipline” during the homeroom teacher meeting. In that way, the meeting will not be restricted to advertise school policies; teachers can hereby obtain professional support and growth through collaborative learning with peers. To achieve the goal mentioned above, this study adopted participant observation, questionnaires, and in-depth interviews. The conclusions are as follows: 1.The situation of inappropriate guidance and discipline in the case school has been improved evidently. 2.The strategies of teachers’ guidance and discipline in the case school have been promoted but teachers still have some difficulties. 3.The School Teacher Association is the pushing hands of teacher professional growth. 4.Associate with staff meeting to make it become the organizational mechanism of professional growth and study. 5.The case study school goes forward “Learning Organization”.
