林伯修Lin, Po-Hsiu楊鳳蓮MA AH ME2019-09-052011-08-252019-09-052011http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0698310328%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/107829本研究目的在探討在臺緬甸研究生休閒活動參與對生活適應的情況。在資料蒐集上,本研究同時採問卷調查法與深度訪談法,以網際網絡的方式發放問卷,共回收37份問卷,回收率為34.9%;另外透過深度訪談法,採滾雪球方式,訪談5位個案。研究結果顯示:一、緬甸研究生普遍面對的個人問題有飲食、課業及經濟壓力,在社會/學校方面多是以和同儕互動低、專業科目基礎不足、文化隔閡及臺灣和緬甸授課及考式方法不同等為主要問題;二、在臺緬甸研究生的休閒活動現況,為每週實際參與休閒活動時間是11.72小時,休閒參與類型依序為:社交型、娛樂型最多,參與頻率是每週一到五天不等;三、緬甸研究生在面對臺灣飲食,採妥協及接納來適應,也進而透過日常的用餐來建立及維持自己的社交,在透過休閒活動參與有助於緬甸研究生在生理方面保持身體健康,在心理壓力上得以放鬆;四、休閒活動參與有助於其和同鄉與同學建立良好的人際關係,進而影響其課業的表現及生活適應。研究建議:一、研究建議緬甸僑生在臺升學期間,在課餘時間除了著重在打工方面,也應做適當的時間安排,爭取和同學間共同的課餘活動;二、建議後續研究可以進一步探究僑大對僑生生活適應的影響。The purpose of this research was to explore the Myanmar graduate student’s participation in leisure activities and adaptation to life in Taiwan. In data collection, the research used questionnaire collection and deep interviews, questionnaire were distributed by internet, 37 questionnaires were collected, the return rate was 34.9%. Five individual cases were recruited for semi-structured deep interview. The result indicated that Myanmar graduate students in personal situation has pressure of diet, studies and economics;in school life and society: they seldom have interaction with classmate, lack of basis of specialized subject, cultural barrier and the different learning methods from Taiwan and Myanmar . Second, the status of participation in leisure activities of Myanmar graduate students was 11.72 hours per week. The popular types of the participation of Myanmar graduate students were: social-based and entertainment-based activities, frequency from one to five days. Third, graduate student adapted to take in the culture of diet through daily dining to build the social contact. The participation in leisure activities could help graduate students in personal to release stress and to maintain physical health.Fourth, participation in leisure activities could help to build good relationships with peers and teachers thereby influenced their academic performance and life adjustment.
