With the freely opening of the radio and television market, the number of TV channels has been increasing. Meanwhile, the number of programs also has been increasing. The program to be broadcasted by each channel is transmitted by the film library and the master temporary video server on the network. The digital video files are manually moved to the database server for producing the digital video metadata before they are broadcasted.In order to enable the film library sends out digital video files to the master temporary video server while it’s automatically synchronized with the database server, this technical report proposes to use the Folder changes view monitoring software for monitoring the temporary video server in the Windows system environment.
