To achieve it, this study has proposed five dimensions for the global participation of senior high school students based on literature review. Besides, this study involved Delphi Technique among ten people that are educational experts and teachers of senior high school. The proposed principles based a series of Delphi questionnaires answered by the ten participants in three rounds. The results of the study found that: 1. The global participation of seniorhigh school students includes five major dimensions: .1" Critical Thinking and Reflecting ","Cross-cultural Understanding ","Information Technology Literacy"," collaboration and Problem-solving "," International volunteering and International organization participation". 2. To construct inductions for global citizen participation in senior high school students, including dimensions and questions about the question of global participation in senior high school students.
