戴建耘Dai, Chien-Yun黃聖哲Huang, Sheng-Zhe2023-12-089999-12-312023-12-082023https://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/thesis/detail/5204ba748d4fe3ac5ae06c3128800961/http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/handle/20.500.12235/120757本研究旨在探討新北市技術型高級中等學校學生參與專業英文詞彙競賽之學習動機與學習成效關係研究,並探討心流經驗對於上述兩者之間的中介效果。以心流經驗量表評斷競賽過程的心流經驗程度,學習動機量表檢視選手競賽過程之學習動機,自我覺知效果量表檢視選手競賽過程之學習成效主觀性,競賽成績則檢視選手競賽過程之學習成效客觀性。資料處理方法以描述性統計分析研究對象的個人背景變項資料及解釋競賽各項成績的得分狀況,以獨立樣本t檢定檢視研究對象之背景變項與研究構面之顯著性與差異性分析,以皮爾森積差相關分析探討各變項相關性,以多元迴歸分析考驗心流經驗在學習動機與學習成效之中介效果。經資料處理與分析結果如下:一、性別及就讀公私立學校類別與學習動機、心流經驗、學習成效均未有顯著差異;二、學習動機與心流經驗、競賽表現及自我覺知效果均有顯著相關;三、心流經驗在學習動機與自我覺知效果間有顯著的中介效果,但在學習動機與競賽表現間則未有中介效果的存在。根據研究結果與結論提出對於教育主管機關、教師教學與學生學習、研究構面與變項三部分之建議供未來教學管理者、教學者及研究者於學術交流參考使用,並獲得啟發為未來技職教育學子提供更加完善的教育。The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between learning motivation and learning effects on students participating in professional vocabulary competitions from vocational senior high school in New Taipei City, and to explore the mediating effect of flow experience between the two. This study applied three scales on the contestants during the competition - flow experience scale to judge the flow experience level, learning motivation scale to examine the learning motivation, self-awareness effect scale to check the subjective learning effects, and the competition results examines the objective learningeffects. The method used for data processing includes utilizing descriptive statistics to analyze the personal background variable data of the research object and to explain the score status of each result of the competition, finding the relationship and difference between background variables of the subjects and research dimensions by independent sample t-Test, exploring the correlations of various variables by Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient, and testing the mediating effect of flow experience among learning motivation and learning effect by multiple regression analysis. The results of data processing and analysis are listed as follows: (a) There are no significant differences between gender, type of public or private school and learning motivation, flow experience, learning effect; (b) There are significant correlation between learning motivation, flow experience, competition performance and self-awareness effects; (c) Flow experience has a significant mediating effect between learning motivation and self-awareness, but there is no mediating effect between learning motivation and competition performance.
