朱文增Wen-Tseng Chu李翠容Tswei-Jung, Li2019-09-05不公開2019-09-052007http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0094132128%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/107473本研究以台灣地區之中等學校田徑選手為主要研究對象,探討台灣地區中等學校田徑選手休閒參與及休閒阻礙之情形。以參加2007年港都盃台灣地區中等學校之國中及高中田徑選手為為母群體,以自編之「台灣地區中等學校田徑選手參與休閒活動調查問卷」為研究工具,採用叢集抽樣法進行抽樣工作。共發出400份問卷,回收有效問卷為375份。資料回收整理之後,以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及雪費多重事後比較法及皮爾森積差相關分析進行資料統計分析。 研究結果顯示: 1. 中等學校田徑選手整體休閒參與頻率不高,且在休閒活動類型上,以參與娛樂型休閒活動者最多。 2. 中等學校田徑選手參與休閒活動時,仍受到些微程度的阻礙,最大阻礙休閒活動是「個人因素」,沒有時間參與休閒活動外,有專長訓練以及因練習或比賽受傷的情形也會成為受訪者在參與休閒時的阻礙原因。 3. 中等學校田徑選手不同背景變項在休閒參與上有顯著差異:會受性別、就讀學校、就讀年級、田徑專長訓練年資、每週專長訓練時間、每週休閒時間、休閒活動幫助專長訓練、每月休閒活動的花費影響。 4. 中等學校田徑選手不同背景統計變項在休閒阻礙上有顯著差異:性別、就讀學校、每週專長訓練時間、每週休閒時間、休閒活動幫助專長訓練、每月休閒活動的花費等,在休閒參與的阻礙上有顯著差異。 5. 中等學校田徑選手之休閒參與會因休閒阻礙程度的不同而有不同的影響,而且兩者之間具有顯著正相關。 本研究結果可提供運動教練及選手做為休閒活動的選擇或規畫休閒活動的參考,亦可幫助學校或教練輔導選手參與休閒活動。This research regards the track and field athletes of junior and senior high school in Taiwan. The research tool was a questionnaire. Using random sampling, 375 individuals (track and field athletes of junior and senior high school took part in Kaohsiung Cup Games in 2007) had been sampled. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s Post Hoc Multiple Comparison and Pearson’s correlation coefficients. The three major findings were listed as following : 1. The leisure participation frequency of the athletes was not high and on the recreation activity type, most of the athletes who participated in amusement type recreation activities. 2. When the athletes participates in the leisure activity, still received slightly hindrance, the biggest leisure constraint was "individual factor", did not have time , had the specialty training , practice or the competition was injured also to be able to become leisure constraints reason. 3. There were significant differences in leisure participation with different the sex, go study the school, grade, the track and field specialty training period of service, each week specialty training time, each week leisure time, the leisure activity help specialty training, each month of leisure activity expenditure. 4. There were significant differences in leisure constraints with different the sex, go study the school, each week specialty training time, each week leisure time, the leisure activity help specialty training, each month of leisure activity expenditure. 5. The relationship between the leisure participation and constraints was positive and reciprocal effect. Finally, this result of study could offer sport coach and athletes to choice the recreation activities or the reference of leisure planning.
