陳學志Chen, Hsueh-Chih侍筱鳳Shih, Hsiao-Feng2019-08-282022-07-312019-08-282017http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22G0098012106%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/90479本研究主要探討大學生社團參與度、幽默風格對心理健康相關特質與生活適應之影響,並分以下三個層次進行論述,首先探討大學生社團參與度、幽默風格、心理健康相關特質與生活適應的現況;其次探討大學生社團參與度、幽默風格、心理健康相關特質與生活適應的關聯;最後探討參與社團大學生幽默風格對其心理健康相關特質與生活適應的預測力。本研究採用問卷調查法,立意取樣,分向北部、中部、南部、東部四區11所大專校院大學生發出問卷,採用參與社團大學生樣本 595 份,經由描述統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、階層迴歸等統計分析後,結果顯示: 一、大學生每周參與社團時間10小時以下者,其「自我貶抑型」幽默、「憂鬱程度」、「負向情感」顯著低於11小時以上者,其「學業適應」、「情緒適應」則顯著高於11小時以上者;高投入程度者在「親和型」幽默、「正向情感」、「社會適應」、「目標承諾」及整體適應上,顯著高於中度投入、低度投入者;社團年資未滿一年者其「社會適應」顯著低於兩年以上者。整體參與社團大學生傾向使用親和型幽默及自我提升型幽默;生活滿意度感受傾向普通;憂鬱程度則偏向有時憂鬱;正向情感為中上程度,負向情感為中下程度;生活適應則尚佳。 二、大學生每周參與社團時間與自我貶抑型幽默、憂鬱程度、負向情感正相關,與學業適應及情緒適應負相關。參與社團大學生投入程度與親和型幽默正相關,與生活滿意度、正向情感、社會適應、目標承諾及整體適應正相關。大學生社團年資與社會適應正相關。整體參與社團大學生正向幽默風格與生活滿意度、正向情感為正相關,正向幽默風格與憂鬱程度、負向情感為負相關;負向幽默風格與生活滿意度負相關,負向幽默風格與憂鬱程度、負向情感為正相關,攻擊型幽默與正向情感負相關。正向幽默風格與生活適應為正相關,負向幽默風格則與學業適應、社會適應、目標承諾、整體適應為負相關,自我貶抑型幽默與情緒適應為負相關。整體參與社團大學生生活滿意度、正向情感與生活適應為正相關,憂鬱程度、負向情感與生活適應為負相關。 三、參與社團大學生幽默風格對心理健康相關特質與生活適應之預測情形如下: 1.正負向幽默風格對其心理健康相關特質部分達顯著預測,其中以自我提升型幽默對生活滿意度、正向情感具最高的正向預測力,對憂鬱程度具最高的負向預測力,對負向情感有負向預測力;自我貶抑型幽默對負向情感具最高的正向預測力,對憂鬱程度有正向預測力,對生活滿意度有負向預測力;而親和型幽默對正向情感有正向預測力,對憂鬱程度有負向預測力;攻擊型幽默對生活滿意度、正向情感皆有負向預測力。 2.正負向幽默風格對其生活適應部分達顯著預測,其中以自我提升型幽默對整體適應、學業適應及情緒適應具最高的正向預測力,對社會適應、目標承諾有正向預測力;親和型幽默對社會適應及目標承諾具最高的正向預測力,對整體適應有正向預測力;攻擊型幽默對整體適應、社會適應及目標承諾皆有負向預測力;自我貶抑型幽默對生活適應有負向預測力。 最後根據本研究結果加以討論與提出建議,以供未來學校學生事務相關研究參考。 關鍵詞:社團參與度、幽默風格、生活滿意度、憂鬱程度、正負向情感、生活適應A Study on the Relationship among the Intensity of Involvement in Extracurricular Clubs, Humor Styles, Mental Health and Life Adjustment of College Students SHIH, HSIAO-FENG abstract The study aimed to focus on the relationship among the intensity of involvement in extracurricular clubs, humor styles, mental health-related traits, and college adjustment in fourparts of the college students. First, the status analysis including the intensity of involvement in extracurricular clubs, humor styles, mental health-related traits of college students, as well as their current college adjustment, was explored. Second, an examination of the relationship between their college adjustment, the intensity of involvement in extracurricular clubs , humor styles and mental health-related traits was followed. Lastly, the predictability of humor styles on mental health-related traits and college adjustment of the college students participating clubs was explored. There are questionnaires used as the research method. It was distributed to eleven universities in the north, central, south and east Taiwan. The 595 participants in the college extracurricular clubs were recruited and the results are shown below. 1.The variable of the hours in the extracurricular club per-week had significantly different in self-defeating humor style, depression, negative affectivity, academic adjustment, emotional adjustment. The variable of the involving degree in the extracurricular club had significantly different in affiliative humor style, positive affectivity, social adjustment, goal commitment and the overall college adjustment. The variable of the extracurricular club age had significantly different in social adjustment. College students in the extracurricular clubs tended to apply affiliative and self-enhancing humor styles; subjectively to feel no significant in the satisfication with life; to have slightly suffered from depression, higher degree of positive affectivity and lower degree of negative affectivity. This outcome suggests that the college student’s mental health status still has a chance to improve. Overall, the college students in the extracurricular clubs felt they had good college adjustment. 2.The colleges’ humor styles were partly correlated to their mental health-related traits; their humor styles was partly correlated to college adjustment and its four aspects. The colleges’ mental health-related traits were totally correlated to college adjustment. The intensity of involvement in extracurricular clubs was partly correlated to the mental health-related traits and college adjustment with its four aspects. 3.The effects of colleges’ humor styles on mental health-related traits and college adjustment were predicted below: (1) Humor styles partly have significant predictable effects on mental health-related traits. Self-enhancing humor has the best predictable effect on one’s satisfaction with life, depression, and positive affectivity. Self-defeating humor has the best predictable effect on negative affectivity. Affiliative humor only has positive predictable effect on positive affectivity and negative predictable effect on depression. Aggressive humor only has negative predictable effect on satisfaction with life and positive affectivity. (2) Humor styles partly have significant predictable effects on college adjustment. Self-enhancing humor has the best positive predictable effect on one’s academic adjustment, emotional adjustment, as well as the overall college adjustment. Affiliative humor has the best positive predictable effect on social adjustment and goal commitment. Aggressive humor only has negative predictable effect on social adjustment, goal commitment, as well as the overall college adjustment. Self-defeating humor has negative predictable effect on the college adjustment with its four aspects. Lastly, the suggestions are proposed for future reference in terms of college students in extracurricular clubs, the student affairs organization in college and future research, based on the results and discussions of this study.
