This study used a quantitative method, designed an online self-reported questionnaire and applied convenience sampling approach to collect data. Participants were Taiwanese who ever had working holiday experience overseas, regardless which overseas countries or regions they had ever stayed. There were 351 valid questionnaires collected, and the results revealed the three variables are significantly and positively related with each other and future work self salience mediates the positive relation between motivation of gaining overseas experience and expatriation willingness.
