曾永清黃茱莉Huang, Chu-li2019-08-282016-2-172019-08-282013http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0895070107%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/88693本研究旨在瞭解國中學生參與學校童軍團於人格特質、參與動機及活動涉入之情形及其關係,並比較不同晉級程度童軍之整體差異。首先,經由文獻分析童軍運動、人格特質、參與動機及活動涉入等相關概念,綜合其內涵、因素、相關研究後,發展國中學生參與學校童軍團模式;其次,研究者改編林能白與丘宏昌(1999)之人格衡量問卷、Pelletier、Vallerand、Briere與Blais(1989)之休閒動機量表以及Kyle, Absher, Norman, Hammitt與Jodice(2007)之修正持續涉入量表,形成本研究之研究工具,以國中學校童軍團參與學生為研究對象,依2010年我國童軍三項登記人數,採用分層比例抽樣進行問卷調查,對於全國46所國中發放1200份問卷,共計回收1090份,有效回收率達91%。 經過SPSS 12.0與Amos 18.0等統計軟體分別進行描述統計、差異分析、結構方程模式分析及群組分析,並邀請5位涉入程度不同之男女童軍進行訪談,獲得本研究之理論模式適於解釋國中生參與學校童軍團行為之研究結果,童軍團團員之人格特質對於參與動機及活動涉入具直接影響效果,而參與動機對活動涉入具直接影響效果,人格特質對於活動涉入則具間接效果。 根據研究結果,獲致研究結論如下: 一、國中童軍團參與者之年級、擔任職務、晉級情形、露營次數、父母及導師支 持態度、綜合活動學習領域成績等背景變項表現越高,則其於童軍活動涉入 之表現顯然越佳。 二、人格特質、參與動機為正向影響國中學生參與學校童軍團活動涉入之重要因 素。 三、國中學校童軍團參與者人格特質以開放性最具代表性;參與動機以認同調節 最具代表性;活動涉入則以吸引力、認同確認及認同表達最具代表性。 四、國中學校童軍團參與者之參與動機對於活動涉入之影響勝於其人格特質。 五、人格特質對於初級及未獲研修章者之影響力顯著強於中級童軍、高級童軍或 曾獲得研修章之女童軍。 六、露營、小隊合作、服務活動對於國中學校童軍團參與者最具吸引力。 本研究乃依研究結果與所歸納之結論,自童軍推廣、童軍團運作與童軍研究等面向,提出建議供我國童軍組織、學校童軍團團長、服務員以及後續研究者參考。The purpose of the study was to understand the relationships among the personality, participation motivation and activity involvement of the junior high school students participating school scout troop. In addition, the influence of school scout troop participants of different rank advancement were analyzed and explored. Fristly, the study gained main concepts of scout movement, personality thory, self-determination theory and involvement theory by literature reviewing, and then a survey questionnaire and interviews were conducted. According to the boy scouts registration data in 2010, 1200 subjects were selected from 46 junior high school scout troops in Taiwan by stratified proportional samping, and 1090 copies were counted as effective, which makes the effectiveness ratio 91%. To clarify the relationships among these variables, the statistical methods of frequency distribution, factor analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation, structural equation modeling (SEM) and multiple-group analysis were conducted. Conclusions drawn from the survey results are as follows: 1. School scout troop participants with high rank advancement, more camping experience, and high supports from parents and teachers reported strong self-determined motivation and activity involvement. 2. Personality and participation motivation had significant positive effect on activity involvement toward school scout troop participants. 3. For the participants of junior high school scout troops, openness was the strong determinant of personality traits; identified regulation was the strong determinant of motivational facets; attraction, identity affirmation and identity expression were the strong determinants of other facets. 4. The participation motivation influenced activity involvement of school scout troop participants much more than personality. 5. The effects of personality to tenderfoot scouts were stronger than to second class and first class scouts. 6. Camping, patrol cooperation and volunteering were quite attractive to the participants of school scout troops.
