邱銘心Chiu, Ming-Hsin劉姿彣Liu, Zi-Wen2023-12-082023-02-182023-12-082023https://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/thesis/detail/8a679faa94d5e7354fc11f4eac05718c/http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/handle/20.500.12235/119386本研究以中年婦女為主要研究對象,了解中年婦女在應用程式 LINE 上的健康資訊分享行為,以及對於應用程式 LINE 上健康資訊的認知,認知包含健康資訊的品質、健康資訊的使用其考慮因素與想法,期望深入理解中年婦女利用應用程式LINE 分享健康資訊的深層原因,以減少因應用程式 LINE 分享的便利性,而造成不實資訊被廣泛傳播的影響。研究方法採用半結構式訪談法,在研究對象方面會利用限制條件,來降低對研究結果的影響,包含(一)在過去 3 個月內,利用應用程式 LINE 分享健康資訊超過 5 次者;(二)在過去 1 個月內,曾通過應用程式 LINE 接收到健康資訊者;共訪談了 13 名中年婦女,以作為本研究分析的資料。研究結果顯示:(一)LINE 已成為中年婦女被動接收健康資訊的主要管道;(二)中年婦女利用 LINE 分享健康資訊的對象優先以家人為主;(三)中年婦女對考慮使用的健康資訊品質有疑慮時,常會選擇尋問熟識的醫生;(四)中年婦女利用 LINE 分享的健康資訊主題多為飲食營養、運動健身、以及預防保健三大類;(五)中年婦女在利用應用程式 LINE 分享資訊前,多半不會花費過多心力過濾資訊品質;(六)中年婦女認為 LINE 上分享健康資訊對於日常生活有所幫助。This study takes middle-aged women as the main research object to understand the health information sharing behavior of middle-aged women on the app LINE and their cognition of health information on the app LINE. Cognition includes the quality of health information, considerations and thoughts on the use of health information, and expects to deeply understand the underlying reasons why middle-aged women use the app LINE to share health information, so as to reduce the impact of widespread dissemination of false information due to the convenience of sharing through the app LINE.The research method used semi-structured interview method, and restrictive conditions will be used to reduce the impact on the research results, including (1) within 3 months, use the app LINE to share health information more than 5 times; (2) Those who received health information through the app LINE within one month; a total of 13 middleaged women were interviewed as the data analyzed in this study.The research results show that: 1. LINE has become the main channel for middleaged women to passively receive health information;2. Middle-aged women using LINE to share health information are mainly family members;3. Middle-aged women often seek out a doctor they know when they have concerns about the quality of health information they are considering using;4. Middle-aged women use app LINE to share health information on three topics: diet and nutrition, exercise and fitness, and preventive health care;5.
