This study examines the impact of long-term church participation on the resilience of children from vulnerable families. The research highlights that children from vulnerable families experience multiple pressures in their lives, facing economic, social, and psychological challenges. By exploring the life adaptation of these children, the study presents the difficulties encountered in their adaptation process. In the face of family adversity, support systems such as family, school, and community play a significant protective role. This study specifically points out the benefits and challenges brought by long-term church participation in their lives. To capture the unique characteristics of the research subjects, the study adopts a qualitative research method and collects data from seven interviewees through purposive sampling. Using thematic analysis, the study analyzes the risk patterns of children from vulnerable families in adversity and the interference of family vulnerability on school adaptation. The research finds that the injection of support systems and resources into the lives of these children enhances their adaptability, improves stability in learning and achievements in employment, and even enables them to assist their families. Currently, the economic pressures faced by these children have significantly improved due to employment, and their resilience has notably increased, presenting a positively adapted life. This study further examines the protective role of the church in practice for children from vulnerable families and provides responses based on their actual experiences of using church resources. This not only allows resource users to express and be understood regarding their experiences but also aids in optimizing the content of services provided by community resources or the church. Finally, this thesis highlights the importance of community resources in promoting mental health and social adaptation through the long-term church participation of children from vulnerable families.脆弱家庭復原力保護因子教會vulnerable familiesresilienceprotective factorschurch脆弱家庭子女的復原力歷程探討-以長期參與教會活動者為例A study on the resilience of children from vulnerable families: Long-term participation in church activities as an example學術論文
