吳彥濬Wu, Yen-Chun王憶雯Wang, Yi-Wen2023-12-082027-06-282023-12-082022https://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/thesis/detail/a6b432ff4ef29ca87694d90047341527/http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/handle/20.500.12235/120155近年來國際上對於社會企業責任(Corporate Social Responsibility,簡稱CSR),永續發展目標(Sustainable Development Goals,簡稱SDGs),ESG環境永續、社會公益及公司治理等,給與了企業重新定義,藉善盡社會責任以達成永續發展的目標。企業的永續發展應當呼應世界的發展潮流,企業的制度規劃、目標訂立、都是為了要落實企業長遠發展永續經營,繼而從執行運營過程當中所得到的利益與關係人共享,再轉化為促進公益回饋社會國家、為地球環境與人類永續生存發展盡分心力。工業4.0代表著第四次工業革命,商業形態將由生產自動化,透過產品而達到以服務為中心的模式。以設計裝修家具產業的G公司為例,採用個案分析研究法,探討在現階段全球產業競爭加劇與經濟發展形態快速變遷、產業工業化、社會少子化之後,裝修材料、人力成本等因素影響,以及民眾對於生活品質之要求日益提升下,如何調整經營策略運用優勢,從過往之商品導向轉變為現今之顧客導向,歸納統整出整合式商業模式,如何將其結合設計、裝修、家具產業的整合式服務與產品創新商業模式視為產業的競爭重點。因此產業結構的蛻變,也必須改變經營模式型態。為滿足現今的顧客需求,及順應目前的經濟環境,強調運用風格、美感、品質與服務等元素,加強相關產業間的交流與上下游供應鏈垂直整合,廣泛涉略提升專業度,提供一站式服務及顛覆傳統裝修為裝配式系統裝修,從設計為始,提供一條龍服務、整裝式裝修、家具家電配置、到軟裝美感裝飾佈置,拎包入住為止的概念,即是為客戶提供整體解決方案的整合式商業模式下來引導消費者取向,繼而提升產業競爭力。經本研究結果發現,“一站式整合服務為顧客提供整體解決方案“的商業模式,在傳統產業內必須綜觀建築業、設計業、裝修業、家具業、軟裝服務等。雖然產業商業規模越來越大,橫跨建材營建產業鏈,是為其中的下游產業足具專業性。若要軟硬體配套,統整市場,需要知識經濟與科技技術,還有大量的人力、物力與資金投入,是條艱鉅的路,將是業界最大的挑戰。本研究希望能帶給業界對於未來發展方向一點省思,順應世界潮流及兩岸市場,彈性調整商業模式,以G公司產業經驗值與擴大思維以工業4.0闡述最終目的是為顧客需求為導向進行客製化服務以滿足顧客,找出其產業價值與核心競爭力,進而達成社會責任、創造利潤、永續經營、對環境友善的目的,並成為B型企業所闡述的對世界最好的企業,期待其研究結果對產業界及市場與消費者及友善環境皆能有些許貢獻。In recent years, to achieve sustainable development through social responsibilities, there has been worldwide awareness on enterprise redefinition of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ESG environmental sustainability, social welfare and corporate governance, etc.Enterprise sustainable development should echo worldwide trend, and which organizational planning and goal setting should accord long-term sustainable operation. Moreover, the benefits obtained from the implementation process should be shared to stakeholders and then transformed into public welfare to give back to the society and the country, contributing to global environment and human beings sustainable development.Industry 4.0 represents the fourth industrial revolution, which is the digital transformation of manufacturing and production and forms a product-based and service-centric model.Taking G Company, interior designer and decorator in furniture industry, as an example. Under challenges such as intense global industrial competition, the rapid change of economic development, the impact of industrialization and low fertility, cost increase of labor and raw materials, higher quality of life expectation, using case study research method to explore how to adjust the business strategy from product-oriented into customer-oriented and also take advantages of the rapid worldwide changes, the study summarizes integrated business model, of which regards integrated service and innovative products as the key to win against industry competition.Therefore, business model should follow the transformation of the industrial structure. In order to meet today's customer needs and to fit current economic environment, providing customers overall solutions helps to guide consumer orientation and thus enhance enterprise competitiveness. The solutions include but not limited to emphasizing the use of style, aesthetics, quality, service and other elements, strengthening the connections among industries and vertical integration of upstream and downstream supply chains, expanding professionalism and horizon, providing one-stop service, subverting traditional decoration to fabricated systematic decoration, furniture and home appliances.This study elaborates that the business model of"one-stop integrated solutions" must consider all aspects among traditional industry, from construction, design, furniture, to soft decoration industries. Although business scale is getting larger and larger, acting as the downstream of the entire supply chain with high professionalism, raw materials and construction industrial chain would be the biggest challenge within as it needs business knowledge, technical capabilities, massive labor, material, and capital investment. This study aims to bring reflections on the future development direction for the industry, by adapting to the world trend and cross-strait market to adjust the business model.
