潘恩伶林珮榆2019-08-282017-04-182019-08-282014http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN060006008E%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/86887本研究旨在探討經濟弱勢母親教養子女的家庭資源運用歷程。研究透過質性深度訪談法進行資料蒐集,並輔以觀察法,總共訪談了四位經濟弱勢的單親母親,進行資料整理後本研究之發現如下: 一、因為經濟弱勢母親的韌性特質,使得她們會積極尋求資源以解決生活問題,其資源取得歷程共包含四階段,分別為資源不足期、資源尋找期、資源擴張期和資源穩定期,各階段不是直線進行,會有部分循環過程。 二、經濟弱勢母親在教養子女的過程中,最常透過資源「交換」的使用方式來滿足子女的需求,而儲蓄和投資是她們最少使用的方式。 三、影響受訪母親使用家庭資源的因素,可含括「個人心理因素」、「家庭因素」、「社會與環境因素」等三部分。個人心理因素包含在意他人眼光、處事價值觀、教養信念與期待;家庭因素包含原生家庭經驗、婚姻關係、家中待照顧成員眾多、子女的成長與改變、非正式支持系統;社會與環境因素包含工作型態與轉換、資源的適切性與不穩定性、台灣升學文化與唯有讀書高的價值觀等。 最後針對本研究的結果向家庭生活教育領域、社福領域提出實務服務之建議,也針對本研究之限制給予未來學術研究建議。This study aimed to explore the process of resource usage in the economically disadvantaged mothers’ parenting. All of the data presented here was collected through in-depth interviews and observation. There were four interviewees. The findings of this study were as follows: First, economically disadvantaged mothers’ resilience caused them to actively search for resources to solve their problems. The process of getting family resources contained four stages: resource shortage, resource searching, resource expansion, and resource stability. This process evolved more like a cycle rather than a straight line. Second, during the process of economically disadvantaged mothers’ parenting, they usually exchanged their resources to meet the needs of their children, but "saving and investment" was the least way to be used. Third, the factors that had affected these mothers’ use of family resources included “individual psychological factor,” “family factor,” and “social and environmental factor.” Individual psychological factors included stigmas, values, parental beliefs and expectations. Family factors included original family experience, marriage relations, numerous family members, children’s growth and transformation, and informal support system.
