林安邦博士Lin, An-Pan邵宜康Shaw, Yi-Kang2019-08-28不公開2019-08-282017http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22G060007027E%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/88204本研究之目的為建構「高中學生法治認知問卷」。藉由廣泛蒐集資料,探討法治教育所欲達成之目標,以及高中生應具備之法治認知。並依此建構高中生法治認知三大構面向度及二十一項子構面。 本研究使用以文獻探討之基礎,以「修正式德懷術」建構問卷。德懷術專家群由包括高中教師、學者專家、執業律師。共六名專家藉德懷術問卷匿名討論,經三次德懷術問卷實施後建構出「高中學生法治認知問卷」。研究發現呈現如下: 一、 高中學生法治認知分成三大基本構面:(1)公法的基礎概念(2)刑事法基礎概念(3)民事法基礎概念。本研究依此設計問卷共二十二題。 二、 對未來欲設計高中生法治認知問卷者之建議:(1)題目設計更加多元(2)配合學生發展狀況(3)專業查證。 三、 未來研究建議:可增加研究對象,或是以其他研究方法進行進一步研究,例如焦點團體法。此外後續研究者可採用此問卷或自行設計問卷,對全國高中學生進行大規模的實徵性研究。以作為教學設計及政策制定之參考。The purpose of this study is to construct a "high school student legal awareness questionnaire". Through the extensive collection of literature, this study tries to explore the objectives of law-related education and the legal awareness that high school students should have. This study constructs three dimensions of the high school student legal awareness and twenty one sub – facets. In this study, the questionnaire was constructed on the basis of literature review. This study adopts the modified Delphi method to develop the questionnaire. The experts answer questionnaires in three rounds.The group of experts consists of high school teachers, scholars, lawyers. The conclusion is shown as follows: First, the high school students legal awareness is divided into three basic facets: (1) the basic concept of public law (2) the basic concept of criminal law (3) the basic concept of civil law. In this study, a total of twenty-two questions were constructed. Second, the recommendations for constructing"high school student legal awareness questionnaire" are as follows: (1) questions should be designed diversely (2) consider the development of students when designing questions (3) questions need professional verification. Third, the recommendations for future research are as follows:(1) increase the research objects. (2)use other research methods for further research, such as the focus group method.In addition, follow-up researchers can use this questionnaire to conduct a large-scale empirical research.
