Using a single-case study approach, this research focuses on a specific sports studio and conducts interviews with students, instructors, industry peers, and complementary partners to identify potential extensions of its business model. Specifically, the study seeks to analyze how cross-industry resource integration can create differentiated services while enhancing service value for students.
