蔡蕙如Tsai, Hui-Ju張潛昀Chang, Chien-Yun2023-12-082023-08-152023-12-082023https://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/thesis/detail/a2cc29847eab6155dd72784d10dea24c/http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/handle/20.500.12235/119741近年來，由歐、美、日、韓帶起的漫畫改編影視作品熱潮，同時也帶動娛樂產業發展。在跨媒介改編、數位匯流的熱潮，各方都在尋找好的故事內容IP，臺灣漫畫也在自由的創作環境、相關政策補助的扶植，以多元的作品題材、內容產製方式展現產業蘊藏的創作能量，創作出許多優秀的原創作品，引起大眾的關注和重視。本研究藉由相關文獻進行次級資料分析，梳理產業發展及政策補助脈絡；以半結構式訪談，了解臺灣漫畫產業的現況、臺灣漫畫市場的不足之處，以及跨域合作的過程，歸納出目前臺灣漫畫產業在跨媒介內容產製的發展趨勢；同時，觀察政府政策在產製過程中所扮演的角色。研究發現臺灣漫畫產業經歷漫長的低潮，來自各國漫畫競爭激烈的環境，在出版環境不利的情況下，不易從市場完全回收成本，導致市場規模難以擴大、健全發展，現階段的政府資源是不可或缺的幫助。目前產業逐漸從低谷爬升，跨媒介產製方式為正在起步的臺灣漫畫產業拓展受眾，使臺灣漫畫跨出漫畫圈；然而，臺灣漫畫產業目前的發展重心仍在內容製作上，對跨域合作較少有策略性的發展規劃，需要時間與整體政策規劃的支持，培養出具有影響力的「成功作品案例」，以帶動臺灣漫畫產業發展、增加跨域合作機會。In recent years, there has been a boom in comic book adaptations in Europe, the United States, Japan, and Korea, which has also led to the development of the entertainment industry. In the wave of cross-media adaptation and digital convergence, all sectors are looking for attractive story content IP. With a free creative environment and the support of relevant policies, Taiwanese Comics have also demonstrated the creative energy of the Taiwanese Comics industry through a variety of comics genres and production methods. There’re many excellent original Taiwanese Comics that have attracted a large audience.This study analyzed secondary data from related literatures to sort out the development of the industry and policy subsidies. To summarize the current development trend of Taiwanese Comics industry in terms of cross-media production, this study used semi-structured interviews method to figure out the current situation of Taiwanese Comics industry, the deficiencies of Taiwanese Comics market, and the process of cross-media production. At the same time, this study observed the role of the government's policy in the process of cross-media production. The study finds that Taiwanese Comics industry has experienced a prolonged downturn due to the fierce competition among comics from various countries. Under the unfavorable publishing environment, it is not easy to fully recover the costs from the market, which makes it difficult to expand the scale of the market. Therefore, the government's resources at this stage are indispensable to help the Taiwanese Comics industry. Now that the industryis gradually climbing up from the trough, the cross-media production method has expanded the audience for the Taiwanese comics industry. However, the current development of the Taiwanese comics industry is still focused on content production, and there is less strategic development planning for cross-media production.
