This research is going to find out that how the tourism policy of Macao government affect the culture landscape development of Burmese Chinese in Macao. This research has 2 main conclusions. 1.After 1967, Burmese Chinese gradually formed “Macao Burmese Chinese food” and “Burmese Chinese New Year Water Festival” in Sam Jam Dang over decades. 2.Under Macao SAR’s tourism policy, “Macao Burmese Chinese food” and “Burmese Chinese water festival” are regarded as very significant resources for tourism and these allow Macao Burmese Chinese be able to be more cohesive and reciprocal community.澳門緬甸華僑文化地景社團觀光飲食文化潑水節MacaoBurmese Chinesecultural landscapeassociationtourismdietary culturewater festival澳門緬甸華僑文化地景的形成與轉變Macao Burmese Chinese culture landscape formation and transformation
