This study explores what professional abilities that digital publishing industry employees must possess. In this study, a literature review was conducted to collect information on the current development of digital publishing industry. Through the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) questionnaires, this study constructs a complete competence hierarchy and indicators. Considering the demand for professional competencies items in digital publishing industry, "system development" is weighted the most.
