黃能堂Huang, Neng-Tang桂麗莉Kuei, Li-Li2019-09-032023-08-312019-09-032018http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22G0004712102%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/96282在金融監理範疇中,金融檢查是最為人熟知之監理措施,而金融檢查人員的專業職能是影響監理效能的關鍵因素。此外,由於金融科技(FinTech)的創新發展衝擊整個金融產業的樣貌,也增加金融監理的複雜度與挑戰性,為維持金融產業的穩定與發展,金融檢查人員必須要有新的視野與職能方能有效執行任務。 本研究透過文獻探討及深度訪談來蒐集研究資料,並經彙整及分析6位資深之金融檢查人員之訪談內容,以了解FinTech對金融檢查人員專業職能內涵之影響。 研究結果顯示,因目前國內金融科技具體應用在金融商品與服務較少,執行金融檢查人員尚未因FinTech的發展而感到專業職能不足;惟若政府法規鬆綁、開放更多創新之金融商品與服務,仍建議應提早妥善規劃教育訓練課程,以提升金融檢查人員之專業職能。As regarding to financial supervision, the financial examiners play the vital role in the success of supervision, and its professional competencies are the key factors to affect the performance of supervision.Furthermore, the innovative development of FinTech will affect the the entire financial industry and increase the complexity and challenge of financial supervision. In order to maintain the stability and development of the financial industry, the relevant financial examiners must have new vision and competencies to carry out the task effectively. Therefore, this study collects data through literature review and in-depth interviews. And through the analysis and compilation of interviews with six senior financial examiners to explore the impact of FinTech on the professional competencies of financial examiners. The results of the study indicate that the financial industry are currently used less FinTech goods and services, so financial examiners have not yet felt that professional competencies are affected by FinTech movement.
