國立臺灣師範大學體育學系陳温旬卓俊伶2016-08-042016-08-042014-12-011024-7300http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/handle/20.500.12235/80256適當的練習安排方式能夠使學習者更有效率的習得動作技能。在同時學習多種動作技能時,來自隨機練習的情境干擾效應以及自我控制練習所產生的自我調整機制,皆被發現為動作學習中的學習變項。本文將練習安排的探討分為以指導者與學習者為主體兩個面向,並就其執行過程、學習者動機、以及學習效益分別進行探討,最後提出體育教師與運動教練在練習安排上的建議。Appropriate practice scheduling allows learners to acquire motor skills efficiently. When learning several motor skills at the same time, contextual interference effects of random practice and the self-regulated mechanism generated by self-controlled practice have been found as the learning variables of motor learning. In this paper, the inquiry of practice scheduling was divided into instructor and learner aspects. Execution process, learner's motivation, and learning effectiveness were explored respectively.
