饒達欽林永茂2019-09-042004-7-152019-09-042004http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22N2004000089%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/99391摘要 本研究主要研究目的在於(1)探討高職工科初任教師生涯現況。(2) 探討高職工科初任教師的生涯規劃。(3) 探討影響高職工科初任教師生涯規劃的因素。(4) 探討高職工科初任教師工作滿意情況對生涯規劃的影響。(5)探討高職轉型對高職工科初任教師生涯規劃的影響。為達成上述目的,以文獻探討及深度訪談為主要究方法,透過探討相關文獻及瞭解高職工科初任教師的現況,並依此研究者選取十五位個案深度訪談。由個案分析後,再進行綜合分析討論。研究結論如下: 一、工科初任教師選擇擔任教職是受到(1)工作價值觀(2)教職工作特質(3)支持系統(4)家庭責任(5)個人專長與身分(6)人格特質等因素之影響。公、私立高職工科初任教師所擔任之工作內容有所不同,主要不同處在於私立高職工科初任教師比公立高職初任教師多了需要招生之工作。在達成原本選擇擔任教職的期待方面,公立高職工科初任教師比私立高職工科初任教師更能達成原本期待。在工作能夠勝任之能力方面,公立高職工科初任教師比私立高職工科初任教師較能夠勝任教職工作。 二、在「教學」、「輔導」、「行政」、「非教職」等工作之滿意情況方面,高職工科初任教師大致上均可達到滿意。在工作滿意度是否會影響其生涯規劃方面,私立高職工科初任教師普遍認為工作滿意度會影響其生涯規劃,公立高職工科初任教師普遍認為不會影響。 三、高職工科初任教師所決定之生涯規劃有(1)進修(2)照顧家庭(3)參加公立學校教師甄試(4)創業(5)考取專業證照(6)至企業界就業(7)成家等方面。生涯規劃所採取之配套措施有(1)參加生涯規劃相關之補習班(2)規劃課餘時間進修(3)留意生涯相關資訊(4)等待適當時機再執行(5)規劃時間陪家人(6)與朋友合夥創業。生涯規劃所參考資訊有(1)網站(2)補習班(3)進修公文(4)報紙(5)進修廣告單(6)書籍等所提供的資訊。生涯規劃所尋求之支援有(1)親友所提供之參考意見(2)家人之精神支持等方面之支援。公、私立高職工科初任教師所決定之生涯規劃、配套措施方面有明顯的差異,主要是受工作穩定情況等因素之影響。 四、高職工科初任教師做生涯規劃所考慮之因素有(1)家庭因素(2)學校因素(3)個人因素(4)環境問題等方面。處理生涯瓶頸之態度有(4)延後執行(2)堅持(3)部分堅持。公、私立高職工科初任教師在做生涯規劃時所考慮之因素有明顯差異,主要是受到教職工作穩定情況之所影響。 五、高職工科初任教師對高職轉型之態度方面,公立高職工科初任教師採積極態度的人數勝過私立高職工科初任教師的人數。公立高職工科初任教師認為高職轉型不會增加工作負擔的人數勝過私立高職工科初任教師的人數。高職工科初任教師面對高職轉型所做的生涯調整的方式有以「進修」方式為主。Abstract The purposes of this study were: (1) to explore the current situation of career for Industrial Beginning Teachers (IBT)of Vocational High Schools(VHS),(2) to explore career plan for IBT of VHS,(3) to study the influence factor for IBT of VHS make career plan,(4) to explore the influence of job satisfaction for IBT of VHS make career plan,(5) to explore the influence of the transformation of vocational high schools for IBT of VHS make career plan,The methodologies used in this study included literature review and the depth interview Method . Through researching literature and understanding the current situation IBT of VHS, The researcher select 15 case and take depth interview,The results of this study, according to analyze and synthesize, are summarized as follows: 一、The IBT choose to become teacher were affected(1)work values(2)distinguishing of teacher work(3)support system(4)family duty(5)special skill or the status(6)distinguishing of personality,The public IBT of VHS is difference from the private IBT of VHS on content of work,The major difference point on private IBT of VHS have to enroll new students,On side of the IBT reach originally expect to become teacher,The public IBT of VHS is more reach originally expect than The private IBT of VHS on teaching work .On side of the IBT are qualified to teaching work,The public IBT of VHS is more qualified than The private IBT of VHS on teaching work. 二、On「Instruction」、「Guidance」、「administration」、「non-teaching」of job satisfaction,The IBT of VHS roughly reach satisfaction. whether job satisfaction will affected career plan?The private IBT of VHS are general consider that job satisfaction will affected career plan. The public IBT of VHS are general consider that job satisfaction will not affected career plan. 三、The IBT of VHS made decision of career plan have(1)induction course(2)take care of family(3)attend exam of The public VHS(4)enterprise(5)obtain specialty certification (6)go into business(7)to get married;It make provision have(1)attend cram school(2)plan time of after school and pursue further education(3)pay attention to career information(4)wait for an opportunity of enforce(5)plan time and accompany family(6)initiation of partnership with friend。It plan career and consult information have(1)website(2)cram school(3)pursue further education of document(4)newspaper(5)pursue further education of advertisement(6)book;It plan career and seek someone support have(1)The relatives and friend suggest the opinion(2)The family moral support。The public and the private IBT of VHS have difference of career plan、consult information、make provision,The major affection is the steady state of job. 四、The IBT of VHS consider factor of career plan have(1)family factor(2)school factor(3)personal factor(4)environment factor。It deal with career bottleneck of attitude(1)lags to execute(2)adherence(3)part adherence。The public and the private IBT of VHS have difference of consider factor,The major affection is the steady state of job. 五、The IBT of VHS take attitude on the transformation of VHS,The public IBT of VHS is more affirmative attitude than the private IBT of VHS on the transformation of VHS. The IBT of VHS is more consider than the private IBT of VHS that the transformation of VHS will not increase duty of work.
