邱滿艷劉雪蓉Liu, Shueh-Jung2019-08-282018-08-272019-08-282015http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22G0698170027%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/89347本研究目的在瞭解資深身心障礙者就業服務員工作學習歷程,進而歸納分析能夠久任的原因,並依照資深身心障礙者就業服務員服務經驗提出相關建議。 以半結構訪談題綱蒐集五位研究參與者擔任就業服務員的工作學習歷程,並以質性研究電腦軟體NVivo第10版進行資料分析,研究發現如下: 一、就業服務員在學習從生手到熟手的工作歷程 多數人在進入就業服務工作前並不瞭解工作內涵,而是透過多元管道學習,學習的方式包括:專業的在職訓練非專業的方案管理、同儕團體學習等、從工作中與服務對象互動與反思。成為資深就業服務員後,更能將服務視野拓展到大環境中。 二、能夠久任的原因 資深就業服務員係透過持續的體驗、深化自己的助人意念、認同職業重建服務工作價值並產生成就感。而環境的因素,如機構提供後盾與支持亦是重要因素。 三、建議 本研究亦對公部門、機構、身心障礙服務對象,及專業服務人員提出建議,以提升就業服務員留任的意願。This research aimed to investigate the learning processes of the supported employment specialists, the reasons why they can work as supported employment specialists for a long time, and to give advices according to their experiences. Five supported employment specialists were interviewed via semi structured interview, and analyzed by NVivo version 10, qualitative research computer software. The following were the results: 1.Before going into this field, most senior supported employment specialists had no idea about their job. They learned through multiple ways, such as on-the-job training on their profession, management, peer learning, They also learned from the interactions with the clients. By doing so, they become senior supported employment specialists and broaden their horizons. 2. During their career, senior supported employment specialists deepened the willingness of helping others through work, built with the value of vocational reconstruction services, generated a sense of accomplishment., and got their institutions’ supports.
