張少熙Chang, Shao-Hsi黃鴻堯Huang, Hong-Yao2019-09-052006-7-292019-09-052005http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0693310062%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/107640本研究藉由營隊等相關文獻的蒐集與回顧,配合研究者曾參與美國紐澤西州"Y"CAMPS之實務經驗,採用專為非營利性組織所發展出來的「CORPS模式」與環境分析工具「SWOT分析」為研究架構,針對該營隊進行深入探討。為了達成研究目的,以研究架構中,主導營隊經營管理事務的相關人員為探討對象,包括執行長、各部門管理者及贊助廠商等。透過論文質性研究的寫作程序,採取個案研究的文獻分析法與參與觀察,做系統性的分析,並歸納出研究結果,以瞭解該營隊成功的經營管理之道,提供台灣營隊相關產業與"Y"CAMPS本身,做為未來營運之參考。 本研究發現國內營隊經營管理的制度尚未成熟,缺乏永續經營的觀念,研究者建議台灣營隊未來的發展應朝向:一、鼓勵保險公司投入營隊事務的處理。二、引進國外優質營隊的成功經營管理經驗。三、強調營隊工作人員與輔導員專業素質的養成。四、建立一套標準的營隊規範與評估制度。五、倡導最理想的營隊活動天數至少為期1週。六、提升營隊軟硬體設施與環境品質。七、提倡營隊成為專業型經營管理的休閒事業。The Research on "Y"CAMPS Management in New Jersey, USA Abstract This research depended on correlation literature camp terms the collection and the review, coordinated the researcher to join “Y”CAMPS experience, to adopt the Non-Profit Organization that developed CORPS models as well as the environmental analysis tool “SWOT analysis” was specially the research construction, carried on the discussion in view of this battalion of teams. In order to reach the research goal, and then studies in the construction, the leading camp team management and operation business related personnel were the discussion subject, including CEO, various department sponsors and so on. According to quality research writing procedure, adopted the case research of literature analytic method to participate in the observation makes the systematic analysis, and induces the findings, understood this battalion of teams succeed road of the management and operation, provides Taiwan to camp out the active related industry and “Y” CAMPS , will do reference for the future transport business. The research indicated that the camp terms management system was not mature and lacked a new concept of sustainable management in Taiwan. It was suggested that in the future, it should be, 1. To encourage the insurance companys invests in handings affairs of camps. 2. To get overseas success management and operation experience of high quality camp teams. 3. The camp team managers and staffs must have the professional ability. 4. To establish a set of camp team standard and the appraisal system. 5. Camping activity days should last at least one week. 6. To promote camp teams livelihood of the people quality. 7.
